However, I substitute the brisket for their rotisserie chicken. My spin on this taco is delicious. The chicken is cooked with love and well seasoned. Plus the avocado, corn pico, queso blanco, cilantro and cheese on an encrusted flour tortilla adds the perfect balance. This taco is amazing and I love the texture of the cheese tortilla.
