I've been to this location a few times recently and the service has been average. I haven't experience above and beyond service yet. However I'm please that my order is always right and I'm able to get in and out quickly whether I order in person or order ahead using the app. The food is always fresh and tasty. The drinks machines are always stocked with all the flavors. They have a Coke drink dispenser with all the flavors. This location is very serviceable and efficient for a fast food joint these days. I've been to this jack in the box off University by Kroger 3 times in the past 2 months.. I'm not going back. 1st time I had a very large order for 8 ppl. Everyone got their food but me, so I had to go back for my order. After 20 min of waiting I finally got my food and the fries were cold and the burger tasted weird but edible.
