I've been to this location a few times recently and the service has been average. I haven't experience above and beyond service yet. However I'm please that my order is always right and I'm able to get in and out quickly whether I order in person or order ahead using the app. The food is always fresh and tasty. The drinks machines are always stocked with all the flavors. They have a Coke drink dispenser with all the flavors. This location is very serviceable and efficient for a fast food joint these days. Visited at about 11pm on Wednesday, the guy taking the order didn't know what "plain" meant, he asked us! We ordered extra crispy tacos, was NOT AT ALL! We had to repeat our order 2-3 times because I don't think he was fully paying attention or couldn't hear through his headphones. Couldn't follow along on the screen or see the total because it looked like the computer was down. Got to the window, and dude didn't even tell us the total as they should have with our order. Just took our form of payment. Husband was driving, but I looked in the bag as we were driving off and no receipt! Disappointing experience. I get it was busy (3 cars behind us) but no customer service given at all. I wish I would have gotten his name. I went here today and got a jumbo jack combo. The fries were very good as was the cherry coke. My jumbo jack would have been fine, but it was smothered in way too much ketchup and sauce. This place deserves no stars. Went on 8/14. I had a horrible experience at one of your stores. Went to pick up our order that we placed on uber eats for pick up on the drive through. The manager waved us down we needed to go to the entrance. My gf went to pick it up. We gave them the name and knew we were coming. One of the guys gave her the order but the manager took the order from my gf's hand as demanded she showed a code. It was about 10 pm and we were moving. We were exhausted. When we moved back my mouth watered for 2 of the best (yes best) tacos this far south. For some reason or other we noticed that there weren't as many Jack in the boxes around? Sadly that meant less visits for tacos. We saw that UberEats delivered Jack in the Box so naturally we ordered some tacos and other munchies. It was like a party.
