Stopped by here specifically to try the Bacon Double Smashed Burger. I ordered this with curly fries and boy it lived up to the hype. This burger was very good, the fries were very crispy and hot, and the service was very fast. I can't speak much about the interior of this location, as I only did the drive-thru, but outside appeared quite clean and maintained. Let me also note, that the food given to me looked perfect. Best Jack in the Box in the area. Premises are always spotless including the restrooms. Great staff, friendly, happy to help and incredibly efficient. I'm a great fan of their breakfast sandwich and enjoy it 2-3 times a week. Includes bacon, ham, sausage, cheese all on sourdough. Delicious. Excellent burgers as well, crisp veggies and awesome meat. Recently came in through the drive-through ordered our food received our order pretty quickly and drove away stopped at the traffic light right in front of the Jack-in-the-Box window. I have very clear vision on what this employee was doing. She placed her mouth over two different sodas no just her mouth After she got the soda, she choked on it and did it again it was very disgusting and made me and my husband wonder what else would they be doing there? Maybe they also be doing things to our food we ended up not eating. I called the number over and over again no one answered. I couldn't help it I kept asking my husband if we can just go back there and let the manager know what the employee was doing because I don't want to eat food from a place where the employees might feel like they can take a bite of our food also if they can put their amount on, so who knows what else they can do it's unsanitary, unhealthy, and unsafe don't eat here read more

Hi! Don't get me wrong I love Jack in the Box! I was in the drive through not too long ago, and the drive through worker seemed to be in a hurry and in a rush. I understand the timing when it comes to drive through but jeez Louise...I ordered 4 tacos and an iced water, when I get to the window I am handed a little cup of ice. I mention to the worker "Oh no, I wanted a big cup of ice water" He sighed exasperated and slammed the window shut after I paid for the food and water. I asked for my receipt when he opened the window again and he explained to me in a rushed, frustrated tone that it was coming and slammed the window shut again. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They have the most horrible service, when they messed up the order they refused to remake my food. I didn't take a single bite and they wouldn't remake it. They seem to manually adjust the hours each weekday to prevent mobile orders from being placed anytime between 11:45 pm and 4 am and will place a sign that reads "we closed" in the drive thru lane or will claim "systems are down" and even if you manage to place an order you might arrive to them saying they can't fulfill it/didn't get it/can't make it and you will have to request a refund online (and obv have to go get food elsewhere which is all inconvenient and often contrary to what is posted for hours of operation). The staff otherwise are always friendly but the fact you can't expect the store to be open 24/7 like most every other jack is probably costing the owner of this location a fair amount of revenue each year between missed sales and upset customers who will not even consider returning after experiencing such an inconvenience. read more

I work night shift so I'll hit up jack in the box on my lunch break because it's one of the few food places supposedly open 24/7. Except this location. Twice in the last month have been out of service on night crew. First with the 'we closed' box. Second with a 'system update' so they couldn't accept orders. With night crew all hanging in the parking lot just smoking. If you can't truly be open 24/7, don't advertise it as such. This location needs a strong management team. The menu is the standard JITB menu and the tables and floor were clean when we arrived The most redeeming feature of the Jack in the Box franchise in the Phoenix area is its inclusion in the Alaska Airlines idine program. If you use your Alaska Visa card you get airline miles for eating here. This is a definite plus if you are just looking for a quick snack and you are not overly concerned about the quality of the food.
