Nice smallish, intimate place for quick bites, beer, wine and cocktails. Fast, friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. I understand that they have a good Happy Hour as well.

Wonderful food, great service and such an inspired menu from the drinks to food. We will need to keep coming back to try everything. The ambiance is so lovely and calming too, you could easily spend hours here and not notice.

Nice place. Very large tap menu with all sorts of choices. Menu is fine with everything from pizza to Mac and cheese. Very clean, friendly staff. Seating is moderate. They have a few private tables a long table down the center with several seats that is kind of a shared seating area. People seem to spread out a little so it's not as if you are sitting next to a stranger. We had Pizza and a salad. To be completely honest I wasn't crazy about the pizza, I will say I've had friends try it before and they loved it. It was a little to thick on the doughy side for me but that's just a personal preference. Toppings seemed to hug the center with about a inch and 1/2 of plain dry crust. I personally wouldn't buy it again. One of those items you just need to try for yourself. I would return again. my wife got the Chicken Cesar Salad and her review was "It's ok". Apparently on nights of events at the theater they open up an overflow area.

I had the opportunity to attend the soft open with my hubby and I'm really looking forward to going back. This place has friendly staff, tasty food, a really cool vibe and a FANTASTIC beer & wine selection. The dill sauce on the pork belly slider was AMAZING and I really enjoyed the Dickel Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Brown. Next time I may have to try some wine and get the cheese plate especially if they still have those amazing gluten free rosemary crackers!

Can we talk about the famous Kalama cheesy bread!? Soooo much cheese. You almost need a pair of scissors to trim it while approaching your mouth. Great selection of beer and wine. Longview needed this!

Definitely a very trendy place. Their beer is pretty good and decent variety on wines. We ordered a pizza ( can't remember witch one) and it was pretty good. It was a nice experience and probably coming back

Place was half full (maybe 10 customers), and the waiter was already so frazzled that he was kinda rude/abrupt - he just could not handle the 10 customers in the bar and dining. No food was coming out of the kitchen, and we watched the table next to us get up and leave after waiting for an hour and only getting an anemic looking single appetizer, and still waiting for drinks. They were upset, but we stayed because we were not in a hurry. The food was terrible. Waited an hour for an unceremonious plate of six or so dumplings the size of Hershey's kisses. That charcuterie plate other reviews talked about? It took 45 minutes and was very disappointing. I'll post a photo. We heard the waiter and cook cursing at each other- not good. Nice beer list, weak wine list. The Pinot Noir is Wine by Joe. Don't go.

Unfortunately, it's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so we planned to visit later in the afternoon on Wednesday. When we arrived, the parking area was empty. I walked up to the front door and stepped inside. I immediately noticed the fire crackling in the fireplace. I told the staff member I'd be right back after getting my wife. At the time, the only person inside was the McMenamins employee. The space itself is small and cozy, with two booths, about four tables, and seating for around five at the bar. There's also outdoor seating with a fireplace, though it wasn't lit during our visit. When my wife came in, she was absolutely delighted. She walked straight over and stood in front of the fire, soaking it in. We took seats at the bar near the fireplace and asked about their offerings. The bartender provided menus, which feature a small but appealing selection of appetizers, pizzas, subs, and desserts, along with a modest drink list. We'd already eaten, but I ordered a pint of their Hammerhead. As we sat by the fire, we chatted with the bartender/server, who shared a bit about the place and the nearby Kalama Harbor Lodge. A few other groups came in while we were there, but after I finished my beer, we decided to head out. Overall, we both thought this was a really charming little spot, warm, welcoming, and well worth checking out. Highly recommend!

The wine selection was incredible, the small bites were to die for, the space was gorgeous, and the company was the cherry on top! The coastal ambiance, cozy low lighting in the evenings, and music playlist will make you never want to leave. We shut this place down, laughed with locals, and went home with full bellies and fond memories. After a few months of reminiscing, my boyfriend and I finally took another trip back this August. Without skipping a beat, Megan welcomed us back and remembered details about us like we were lifelong friends. Her knack for hospitality is what makes Daughters truly stand out! As if the friendly greeting wasn't enough, we were also met with a delicious new menu and got to enjoy the dog-friendly patio. I, a notorious red-wine lover, opted for some fresh and fruity options that pleasantly surprised me. The watermelon spritz had hints of sea salt and paired beautifully with the food we ordered. I'm kicking myself for forgetting the name of the dish, but essentially, it was fresh bread, silky cheese, juicy peaches and sea salt all thrown together to make the perfect sweet/salty/savory flavor combination. As always, another 10/10 for Daughters. Near the end of our visit, we finished our last glasses outside with the pups who were spoiled with treats and bowls of fresh water before walking back down to the beach nearby. Daughters is a true gem and so are the employees. No trip to the coast is complete without popping in for a glass of wine and a friendly smile. I'm already planning my next trip back for September!
