Jeff is very straight and his prices are reasonable. At that time, he had recommended I just get a new laptop rather than go through the hassle and expense of fixing it. There's nothing more honest than a person who is willing to turn down business for the best interest of a customer. My mom had an issue with her pc, and of course she assigned me to fix it. I looked around for a place and saw J.C.'s. With one review I wasn't sure, but I went ahead and checked it out. This place is kind of tucked in a strip mall surrounded by other buildings that are facing the street, but parking is ample and you can just walk right up to the store. I met Jeff, he was tinkering around with some other pc, but stopped what he was doing and right away began to troubleshoot my moms pc. He tried a few things and actually figured out that there was a power hardware issue and laid out all the options for repair and educated me on this particular computer. I agreed on a temporary fix that was actually the best for that old pc and the price was less than $70 for the part and labor! To top it off once we agreed on how to move forward he fixed it in less than 30min! Because I received such great service from this place, I figured I'll review it on Yelp as well so that others who just rely on Yelp can discover this place too. Their business seems to be doing well (lots of computers there for service) but I'm sure they wouldn't mind me recommending them to the Yelp community for I would not hesitate to do so even to my friends and family. I think, the price here for labor and materials (if replacement is warranted as was in my case) is reasonable compared to some other repair places I've inquired about. Honest man running an honest business. Brought my laptop in with a broken screen. Long story short he told me I'm better off buying a new laptop.
