After moving to Frisco recently, I needed to continue my lash extensions. My previous ones (before…read moreI moved) lasted over a month. Since I am sensitive to regular lash glue (fumes), I brought my own lash glue, last used successfully by my former experienced lash technician. The only "lash tech" of the two in this "shop" here that I could get an appointment with, was Randall, the husband. (There are only the husband and the wife) Randy (the husband and former musician) was very amiable, and the lash application (with my sensitive eyes glue) was not painful or burning to my eyes. The appointments are held in their house, in which they had placed two lash application beds in a front room. In the other bed was often a woman receiving lashes, and she brought her dog, which sat on top of her, as she lay on the bed. The first application (with my provided glue) went well,so I came back about 2.5 weeks later for a fill. At that time Randy said he wasn't comfortable using my glue; he felt it was drying up, and he wanted to use his own. I agreed, with the proviso that it had to be suitable for my sensitive eyes. It wasn't quite as good at avoiding sensitivity as the glue I had, and I did tear somewhat, but it was nothing I couldn't handle. I did find, however, that there was considerably more lash loss. Consequently, I had to go back sooner than I expected, or was used to doing. This pattern (rapid lash loss and tearing) went on for a few visits, but I did like that their house/salon was somewhat close to where I live. Randy was always agreeable, and, uniquely, always wore a mask and gloves, which I hadn't seen any lash tech do before. Then, after one lash application, where several of his lashes had again fallen out quite quickly (within days), and I kept feeling like there was something scratchy in both eyes, I realized that I had developed an eye infection. This infection was known to be the result of blocked tear ducts. I had never had one before, (and I never, ever touched my eyes), but I am from a medical family and had family in, and I, myself worked in, ophthalmology, so I recognized the signs. Most of the lashes fell out before I was due to return, but I put off the appointment to allow my eye infection to heal. As I never touch my eyes, it seemed it was most likely due to the lash application. I informed Randy. When I felt the eye infection was finally on the mend; and when it had nearly disappeared, I texted to make another fill appointment with Randy. However, I was then informed that he would no longer see me. It appeared that having gotten an eye infection, most likely from a faulty lash application that allowed glue to block my tear duct, meant that I was no longer welcome there...and he said as much. Since I have had lash extensions for several years (and never an eye infection) , I felt bare without them. I called another local lash tech, who works alone. She gave me a very few lashes, explaining that there was so much damage to my natural lashes, that she didn't feel comfortable working on my lashes. This had never been the case in the 6+ years I had them done in another city. The few that she did apply, lasted nearly a full month. When she was going out of the country for a vacation, and told me it would take months for the "damage" to my lids and lashes to "heal", I decided to try another place in the area, when I felt I had healed. I have been quite happy there ever since. They have sensitive eyes glue, are extremely professional, I'm not put next to right people holding their dogs (in a lash salon!), and the lashes have been great, and long-lasting. I've been going there ever since, and have very little if any fallout, my eyes don't burn when I tear, and I don't have to remember how to use Zelle for payment each time. The experienced lash techs there don't wear gloves (or masks), and do excellent work, without any infection concerns on my part. I am now glad that I was put in a position to keep looking for the right professional place.

I thought my first full set looked good, but when I had them done by Randy I realized how much more natural they looked and they had even more volume. I thought it was interesting that they work out of their home, but they have a great professional atmosphere set up. They gave more information on after care of the lashes than anyone has ever given me and even gave me a bottle for lash cleansing solution. Give them a try, and you will not be disappointed!

This spot is near the back of the complex (doors away from my dermatologist- winning!). The office is all the way back on your right once you're inside. Le Petit Spa Boutique is so cute and you feel the great vibes once you enter. This was my first lash experience ever and I'm so glad I did it! She was super patient even though I have the words most sensitive eyes. We had great conversation throughout so thankfully there were no awkward silences which is always nice! I already booked my appt to return in 10 weeks. Can't wait

I cannot express how happy I am to have found this place!…read more Isabella is not only an amazing soul but she is also incredibly talented! Parking is plentiful making for an easy arrival. Apple Maps may tell you this is a building over from the actual location so pay attention to the suite number and you'll find it perfect! Entering the space was so peaceful. A lovely aroma was in the air from candles, the space was dimmly lit to procure a relaxing environment. Isabella warmly greet me like a longtime friend I hadn't seen in years! She was informed of who I was and why I was there! She was prepared! As we made our way to the back space, she explained the lash lift procedure and even gave her expert recommendation on a personalized look for me! I had no idea there was a range of ways to tackle a lash lift and I've had this done plenty of times before and no one ever asked! Isabella walked me through what to expect but to be honest, her instructions provided upon booking gave me that insight so even ahead of your appointment you are aware of what to expect as well as provided aftercare instructions! I love this as sometimes people verbally provide and I just forget immediately lol! At a beauty care spot, I always look for clean! Isabella's space was immaculate. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! Booking is incredibly easy and I love how you can receive the paperwork ahead of the appointment so you don't have to complete there. She also clearly outlines her policies so you are well aware ahead of booking and even after booking! I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Le Petit Spa Boutique!

I have been getting my lashes done for a few years now and I can definitely vouch for how amazingly…read moretalented is Katie! I've been to a few others before and sometimes I think finding the best fit lash artist is like Cinderella and her glass slipper...you gotta try a few until you find the best fit! Let me tell you exactly how I've come to fall completely in love with her work: 1) Perfectionist! Katie does spend time on her volume sets but that's because she is literally making absolutely perfect fans on every single one of your lashes. How do I know? Because as my lashes grow out and naturally shed, I'll find one on my counter sink in PERFECT fan, not clumped together, not 3-4 lashes with globs on glue at the base. They are perfectly spaced lash fans that create beautiful wispy volume. I would rather lay there for two hours with PERFECTLY fanned out volume lashes than have a rushed one hour session with clumps. 2) Genuine and Real! Katie is honest and isn't trying to just make a fast buck with shoddy work. When I came to see her after not being able to be scheduled with my previous lash girl, she very honestly told me that she needed to remove the previous work and let my lashes grow back a bit. She could've easily just removed my previous set and put a new set on, but after removal, she saw that I had some natural lashes that needed to grow a bit more (apparently they might've been pulled out in a chunk due to glue clumping from my previous artist's work). She wanted what was best for my lashes and not what was best for her pocket! 3) Caring! She cares about the health of your natural lashes and wants you to be able to enjoy lash extensions for a long time. She educates you on your natural lash growth circle and lash care and because she is so meticulous in her careful placement of every full lash fan, my lashes really DO get healthier! 4) Lastly, TALENTED AF! She knows that I have thin but long natural Asian lashes and that a D curl is not going to work with my small Asian double lid. She knew to use a C curl, she knew to use thinner but more lashes versus thicker and less, she knew what length would work with my eye shape! She customizes it to fit your look. I even referred my girl friend to her who is also Asian but has different shaped eyes than me and I could tell she did a slightly different style and it looked amazing on her. Oh wait sorry and one more 5) did I mention her lashes lasted ALL MONTH? I used to get my lashes filled every two WEEKS with all my previous lash artists. I don't know how she does it, but they still looked good a MONTH later when I came back in for a new set. You know what that means? Better for my wallet! Katie is in it for quality lashes, customized looks and longevity of your natural lashes! Anyway, I've found the Cinderella to my glass slipper. I've enjoyed the lashes of my past but I think Katie fits me the best and I'm done searching!!!
