Rubi was a sweetheart considering I was a few minutes behind from being a little lost in the area (new resident!). She immediately greeted me with a smile and offered a beverage prior to our appointment, was a doll/extremely personable throughout, and was patient as I shared with her on which color I felt would work best for my touch up. Salon cancelled my appointment, then says they can't Venmo me back my $50 deposit as only the owner has the account. Directed to call salon to process a credit card refund. I would even accept 18% / 20% / 22%, but 28% as the middle?! That's crazy.
