O---M----G!!! This place was just completely amazing. Stopped to get several slices to take home for my son's birthday. We got three pieces of cheesecake and they were delicious. I got the blueberry crumble, strawberry shortcake crumble and a chocolate one. How have I never been here before? The ladies waiting on me were just terrific and so nice. Great customer service and the cheesecakes are probably the absolute BEST I've ever had. This will be "must stop" for me, especially if I'm having people over that I want to impress. The slices were $9 piece, but my husband and I shared one and were STUFFED when we finished. It was a creamy, not overly sweet cheesecake that just melts when you taste it! Give this wonderful place a try and you'll be hooked as well!!!! read more

There's cheesecake and then there's J. Annette's. None compare. Service is great but the cheesecake is next level. We get a cheesecake for every special event. We have tried cheesecake in many big cities including New York. J. Annette's beats them all. Stunning. If you want good, you won't have trouble finding that at a lot of places. If you want great, go to J. Annette's. You will not beat it. read more

Amazing cheesecakes, wish they still made cupcakes & cakes ( been spoiled & can't get another cake like they used to have anywhere) Please bring them back. The new owners are awesome & I wish them well!!! read more

She always help me find whatever my kids dreams up, Or i can bring in whatever I want to be put on the cake! She has been making cakes for my family for 20 years! She made my sister and my wedding cakes! I stop in to grab a cheesecake from time to time. I order all my kiddos birthday cakes from there. She is always good at improving whatever myself or my kids decide the want the cake to be! read more

We've been ordering for years. Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthdays, thank you cakes(instead of flowers). Just anything. Never disappointed and new decorating ideas with every order. Great service and polite. But best of all is the taste. Wouldn't order anywhere else. read more

Her cheesecakes are amazing. We've tried many different flavors over the years- White Choc. Raspberry swirl, Oreo, Plain, Key Lime, Turtle, Marble..... the choices seem endless and ALL of them are delicious. read more

I have not tried any cheesecakes from this bakery but since 2012 I've been getting vanilla cupcakes. I'm not sure if they put almond extract in the icing but whatever it is...I LOVE the flavors. I am a very picky dessert person, I typically choose Bonbonerie as my go-to but this place is top notch! read more

Rude! Been trying to try these so called wonderful cheesecakes but get the run around! Very rude! Never going here again!

We had the chocolate chocolate chip cheesecake with frosting and it was the best cheesecake we've ever had!! Highly recommend

Sorry to say I would skip this bakery . Went to a wedding last night and the cake never came. Very upsetting to see a bride in tears on her wedding day. Groom and bride were told it was because of an error on the bakery part by having wrote down the wrong day. Then bakery said they could have it the day after! What good is that??? GIVE THEM BACK THE MONEY THEY PAID!!!!!!! YOU FOR A PRODUCT THEY NEVER GOT!!!!!! I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. read more

She is absolutely amazing and the quality of her baking can only be explained as masterpieces.

Horribly rude and sub-par service! Sent the specific picture I wanted on a cake almost two weeks before pickup and was told that it was no problem-when we received the cake, they had substituted another picture. The reason? They just figured as long as the character was the same, it didn't matter. We decided to wait to post a negative review in hopes that the taste would be so great that it would balance out the decoration, but the cake tasted OK-not anything super great-by using a different picture, they chose to accent with black/navy blue frosting which altered the taste. They did give us the cake for no charge. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and we won't use them ever again. read more

I have ordered several birthday cakes from J. Annette's and have always been happy with them! They are always so friendly and the cakes turn out exactly as I imagined. Just recently I ordered a 60th birthday cake for my aunt, who requested to have a caramel cake. Not a caramel cheesecake, but regular flour cake. Well, I had never heard of a caramel cake before, so I wasn't sure if I'd find a bakery who could/would make it. TA-DA! When I called J. Annette's to ask about it, they knew exactly what I was talking about and were excited to make it for us! NICE! Thank you and see you soon! read more

Awesome cakes! This is why we drive 20 min. from Morrow to West Chester get our cakes. :) read more

Another fantastic birthday cheesecake from J Annette's. This time I went with the chocolate swirl. Great stuff! read more

This is my go-to bakery for birthday cakes. I have never been disappointed and my entire family always requests a cake from J. Annette's for any celebration that includes cake. The owner has gone out of her way to accommodate my ideas for a special cake including one that resembled a giant firecracker when we celebrated my husband's 60th birthday one Fourth of July. read more

I'm sure her cakes are really great except we would have no idea.... Because she didn't bring the wedding cake to my best friends wedding tonight. I would have loved dessert, I was so looking forward to a wonderful raspberry cheesecake that my friend had handmade her cake toppers for but Darlene never showed up with the cake. So sad. If you want to have a wedding sans cake then this company is for you. If you like writing checks for a cake, then having the baker cash your check then never bring a cake to your reception... Look no further, this company is for you. Maybe someday I will tastes her cakes but unfortunately tonight was not the night. She tried to comfort us by saying "if it makes a difference, this has never happened in 12 years..." ... No sorry Darlene, it doesn't help. We had no wedding cake... Nice job. read more

We paid this company $450 for our wedding cake to be delivered on September 18th. At 6 PM there was no sign of a cake. We called their phone number about a hundred times, emailed and texted. They simply could not be reached. At 11:10 we finally received a call from the baker saying she had mixed up the dates and we would get our cake the next day. My wife and I have no need for a 100 person wedding cake the day after our wedding. In conclusion, if you're looking for a baker that will cash your check without fulfillment of the contract, J Annette's is the place to go. read more

Super yummy and a great place to stop on a bad day and get just a slice! We've been going here for years and have yet to try anything we don't like! Be careful though theses cheesecakes are very rich and sweet! read more

My husband loves cheesecake, I love cake. For our rehearsal dinner, I ordered him a grooms cheesecake from J Annette's as a surprise. I emailed them a picture of a cake I had seen online and they were able to replicate it perfectly. Everyone loved the cheesecake design and taste. Those at both the wedding and rehearsal dinner couldn't decide which they preferred the cake or the cheesecake. read more

J Annette's made us an AMAZING cake for our wedding last weekend. It was a fantastic, two-tiered cake (plain cheesecake on the bottom, strawberry cheesecake on top) -- and it was impeccably decorated and tasted delicious! Couldn't have been more pleased with how it turned out -- thank you!! read more

My family loves this place. Our wedding cake was made there 16 years ago! It was amazing and beautiful.. We now live in Utah, but are in town frequently. Each trip includes a cheesecake and usually something new/extra. The owner is fabulous and always remembers me when we walk in! Love it! read more

We live just around the corner from J Annette's. I get a cheesecake for my wife's b'day every year and we get one for our anniversary and other special occasions. They are wonderful! I would rate them with Cheesecake Factory anytime. Put side by side in a taste test. Hard to tell the difference. read more
