The coating had waves in it and the owner of Dream Garages agreed that his product was unacceptable but claimed it was not his problem. He claimed the concrete was not level. I had another epoxy floor contractor look at their final product who said, if the concrete substrate was not level, Dream Garages should have known it was not level enough to produce an acceptable finished product when they were doing their prep work on the concrete. If the concrete was not level as Dream Garages claims, it should have had been brought to our attention at that time, as we could have grinded the concrete level. I believe I was owed any information of pre-existing conditions that would have prohibited an acceptable final product from Dream Garage Specialists When Dream Garages applied their epoxy to the concrete, they accepted the concrete as acceptable or they should have not have applied their epoxy to it. At the end, I had construction fatigue and paid Dream Garages in full just for it to be over.

The previous contractor had left it with visible drywall screws wide exposed cuts, etc. It looked terrible. After panicking because our countertops were scheduled for installation and looking through Jasons Yelp photos, we knew we needed to get on Jason's schedule. He books out sometimes 3 weeks, and this was last minute. We ended up delaying our countertop installation by 3 weeks in order to have him do the work. Waiting for Jason to do the work was 100% worth having a plywood island top for those 3 weeks. He showed up on time and got right to work. His cuts are precise, and the extension he built looks like it's always been there. We ended up hiring him to extend our kitchen cabinetry to the ceiling and add crown molding to it, as well as add trim pieces to our cabinets' blank sides before we had them painted. We also hired him to modify and install a wood hood over our stove top. Everything came out perfectly. We are more than impressed with his work and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. I didn't get to pick my slabs (I've always been able to pick my granite slabs with three other builds). Lucinay was told by the granite supplier that I didn't want any slabs with weird marks or stains. Everyone assured me I wouldn't get any slabs with stains. Guess what?!?! There is a quarter size black stain on my gray granite right at the front edge of my bathroom sink!!! They could have positioned it in the back where it would have been covered by the backsplash, but noooo....they put it right out in front and center. Jerks. If that's not bad enough, my island in the kitchen is not level, so eggs, pens, etc go rolling off the edge and Lucinay told my builder the biggest BS story - that there is a Lb industry standard that's they can be off level by as much as 1/4" across the width of the granite and mine is off by 1/8" so they won't fix it. So, my dream kitchen that I put all my extra money into is now a nightmare because my island, where I do most my food prep, isn't level. Don't use this company. They are incompetent and you'll be unhappy after spending thousands of dollars. I will happily change this review to a positive review if they come level my island. Until then, I DONT RECOMMEND using Lucinay.

This company was recommended to me by MC Construction. We were told that they offer remnants which…read morewould be a great option for bathroom countertops. We found a really great piece for the master bathroom and also another piece for our hall bathroom. This helped cut down on the cost and when they were installed they were absolutely perfect and beautiful. But where they really proved themselves is when they took the two expensive slabs that we bought elsewhere and turned them into some of the most beautiful kitchen countertops you've ever seen. Along with the countertops we also added a 5 inch tall back splash of granite in the kitchen. What amazed me was how well they lined up the flow of the organic material as it flowed along the countertop into the backsplash. This was our greatest concern that in fact it would contrast instead of complement the organic flow of this gorgeous stone. But as you can see they did not disappoint and got it perfectly right. These are true craftsmen who do the job right and they certainly impressed me. Keep in mind fabricating granite countertops is expensive but their price and their workmanship are both fair and excellent.
