I have never in my life been one to take the time to leave a negative review but the customer service here and just overall kindness was terrible. Save your time and money and do not come here. I came in today asking for a French tip pedicure. When the woman doing my pedicure asked if they were okay I nicely asked her if she could make the white tip a little thicker. She did not like this when I asked that, began talking out loud to the rest of the staff in a frustrated manner, immediately got up, walked away without saying anything and made another lady come and finish them. She then proceeded to mock me saying "more thick more thick" and laugh in my face and all the workers were doing the same. I was not the first person they gave attitude to and mocked. While I was there a similar situation happened with another customer. The older woman who finished my nails for her was very kind but the rest of the staff had an attitude and were rude to several customers who simply asked for small requests on their nails. If you want to get your nails done with attitude and a messy work space, come here if not take your business elsewhere. read more

I was able to walk right in and be served. I had a difficult request of reshaping my nails, but they rose to the challenge and they came out beautifully. They answered all of my questions and were very patient. This was my first visit and I was definitely pleased. I will be back and try them out again. This place is a HUGE NO. Please, save yourselves time and money and avoid this place unless you have 4 hours of spare time for a simple mani/pedi and money to waste on subpar service First I was drawn to this place by the 10% off "discount" they claimed to have only to find out the prices are so SO inflated that you legit pay what you would at a nice, high end salon so there's no discount at all, just great marketing, I'll give them that! How is it that I ended up paying over $100 for very basic acrylic full set and pedi. I get my nails done often and the charges at this place were absolutely absurd and when I asked my artist to explain it, she had to go get the manager because she could not give me a proper breakdown. I am deeply saddened because a relaxing day at the nail spa turned into a very frustrating time. They move very slowly and prioritize every appointment EVEN IN THE MIDDLE OF SERVICE! I was in the middle of getting my nails done only to have to wait until another nail artist was done to finish my set because the lady doing my nails started a new client. LASTLY!!! And MOST IMPORTANTLY, the designs in the pictures have to be fraudulent because I requested a simple design and instead of telling me that she could not do it, I end up with a design that I said I did not like and then not offered the chance to change the color when I kindly requested. There was no attention to cuticle, no cleaning up the nail beds, like they just SMACKED the acrylics on and I ended up leaving so upset and frustrated and overcharged. I told my artist to freestyle and she puts designs on every nail and charging $5 per nail design simply because she couldn't do the design I wanted which was only on two nails. OH!!!!! And my eyebrows.....I just rather not even talk about it. I am so sorry to leave this review but my experience was horrible and I couldn't even feel better because there was no customer service at all to compensate for the clear disappointment I had. that's what sucks the most. I was excited to try this place after reading the reviews. I'm sad to say I'm disappointed. My pedicure went fine. It was my nails I'm disappointed at. I went in for a fill and two nail repairs. The two nails that I got repaired (two had fallen off from previous nail shop) look very different than my previous set. The way this shop does their nails, or at least mine, is flat. I have been coming to this place for the last 8+ months and in that time I have had 2 bad experiences. The first I chucked at it being late and the staff being tired. And since I hadn't had a bad experience before I wanted to give them another chance. Stuff happens I can understand. Today I came in early enough in the day. It was empty 3 employees no line no clients. I needed a soak off and an over lay. Requested around shape (which I already have) in pearl chrome color. Honestly I'm so disappointed and upset. Not only did the tech fuck up my shapes but she filed under my natural nails making it impossible for my nails to be the same length for my next refill. Honestly they are so bad that I just want to cry. There's spot that aren't filled it with the acrylic, spots that have the topcoat connected to my skin, spots where the chrome isn't even on it. I can literally feel the topcoat from where it's bulging out and to top it off I can feel the ripples from where she "attempted" to buff my nails. My nails don't grow that easily because of medical issues. The growth I currently have is months in the making. The pictures don't do justice of what I can physically see is wrong with them. read more

I haven't gotten a full set in almost two years besides gel manicures, so I had been rusty and asked her what the difference were between the ones she offered. She wasn't rude and thoroughly explained the process and differences between the options given and ended up choosing to get the gel x set. I showed her some pictures of what I wanted and she added her own creativity which led me to having the most amazing set I've ever gotten! She's so gentle and kind, she was very easy to talk to and her energy is just great. Her mother greeted me very kindly and the atmosphere is very homey and comfortable. Hello, I never write reviews But I am very upset. my original salon was closed so I decided to try Ivys nails as it was the only salon open late. First, they were rushing while doing my toes as they were very short staffed so I understood. I asked for a white French and they did my pedicure in like 20 min. A week after I've realized my pinky toe nail has fallen off, not thinking of anything. A couple more days later, 2 other toe nails fall off. I'm now assuming they didn't clean their tools which gave me toenail fungus. This has never happened to me in the years of getting my toes done and I'm so sad and upset about this.
