We spend summers in Holland, and live in the Chicago area. Itty Biity Bar is our home away from home! We look forward to each day when they post the evening specials----one fish dish and one butchers choice. It seems each year the dishes get better and better! I personally love how the chef's incorporate the best and freshest ingredients into whatever fish or meat dish they are serving. We love the seasonal menus, too---can't wait to try the new winter menu. We also like the new beer menus that change regularly. The bands are pretty wonderful, too. read more

We had lunch at the itty bitty bar on Saturday. The bruschetta was amazing! My husband had the hamburger special and I had the crab cake po boy. Wow on all of it. Jehan our bartender was super sweet, quick with drink orders and great with food recommendations. We will be back! read more

You wouldn't expect high-end food made from scratch here, but it's easily one of the best restaurants in town. Their menu rotates seasonally with new creative specials every night. The food was good but the waitress obviously wanted to go home. For some reason the printer never sent our order in and the waitress, A... finally came and told us that they had just discovered this and it would be awhile. We finally got our food (very good)and never were asked if she could get us anything else. This should be automatic. When the bill came I questioned the $7 pint charge when I had ordered a 10 oz beer and was told that's just how it rings up. Attititude? I tipped a nice tip.on the meal but wrote on the receipt that l wad sorry but wasn't tipping on the beer. She went back and obviously discussed this with the other bartenders. She then came back and.informed me that the beer was actually $8 and that she had given me a deal. She then proceeded to tell me (with attitude) that she was SORRY that I wasn't happy with her service!!!! Your restaurant was recommended by our VRBO! We were disappointed in her attitude. read more

The beer is good. This is the second time I have been here and the second time I have been disappointed. The first time my food was so salty I couldn't eat it and this time we ordered the nachos and the chips were flour and dry and the chicken was extremely dry and flavorless. I will be writing this place off although many of my friends seem to love it. Try it at your own risk. read more

The four stars are for the burger and tator tots...oi veh! We can't order a burger in Holland anywhere without comparing it to the Bitty burger. I love that they have a seasonal menu and their chili is really great in the fall. I don't recommend the fish tacos. I still order them periodically but they are hit or miss. Sometimes the fish is overcooked or the tortillas seem stale (possibly from sitting under a warmer). Just stick with the burger. Their nachos with the homemade pita style nacho chips are pretty amazing as well. Also, very reasonable prices. Our family of four can eat there with tip for $45 and it's one of the things we love the most. That includes at least one glass of wine! read more

Itty Bitty is a BIG find. The quality of the food reminds me of the fine dining eateries in Silicone Valley. You can't go wrong with the Chef's Special, no matter what it is. The steak was outstanding, perfectly cooked and seasoned. I'll be making this a regular when visiting Holland. read more

While visiting Holland with 2 of my friends on our annual girl trip, the Itty Bitty Bar was highly recommended to us by the manager at our hotel. Since it was close by and I had already read about it on Yelp, we tried it one night. Well, it was absolutely wonderful. They were busy but our server was attentive. The food was the prize, though. One friend and I had the Fish Fry which was Grouper! It was GREAT. And the other friend had the Hanger Steak - she isn't even much of a steak person and she loved it! My 3 friends and I all ordered the itty bitty burger with fries, medium well. The food came out so fast, I was a little skeptical, and was right... 3 out of the 4 burgers were way undercooked and all the fries were undercooked too : ( . Also you changed the fries again to thinner ones, disappointed. The thicker fries were SOOOO delicious!!! They were always cooked perfectly! Please bring them back!!! Excellent Dinner. Four of us went there this evening. The ladies had the fish and chips. The fish was Grouper, lightly battered. They both liked it alot. The other person had the beef pot pie. He thought it was OK,not great, but not bad. I had the chili and a burger. The chili was outstanding. Made with shredded beef, it had a spicy bite, but not insanely hot. Everything was absolutely delicious and a great value for the money. My brother is a very basic and picky eater, but we found plenty that he loved as much of the rest of us. A fun place to go for drinks. Not a good place to go for dinner. Tried it again this week. Our appetizers arrived 50 minutes after we ordered it. One of the best places in town for bar food done right, with class and a twist. Burgers are excellent and I'm super picky about burgers. Just the right amount of bun, soft and fresh. Fries are hearty and crispy. The breading on the fish for fish n chips is like no other in town- must try. My Dad who doesn't even like fish at all could not stop eating the fish. I sandwich with the fried chicken, bacon and aoilo sauce is so savory. I heard the lamb special was off the charts yummy. I have yet to try the mashed potato brisket quesadilla. Cute atmosphere with an outdoor bar and amazing food. A real surprise! The crab sandwich and the burger were the best restaurant food I've had in months. The fried green tomatoes and the shrimp queso were also well executed. Well worth a visit...especially since they're open on Sunday! The one downside was the warm white wine, but I can't complain since they discounted our bill just to make up for the slightly slow service. I would definitely take friends here! read more

Great experience! The food was amazing and the waiters were very attentive! Food in the Holland area can get to be pretty pricey and I thought that the prices here were very good considering how much good was served. We had a party of three and had two pops, two glasses of wine, two appetizers, three dinners, and a dessert and the bill was around $65. Not bad at all! This has been a place we have been satisfied with many times over the years. However, the last two times (2017) I have been less than impressed. When we arrived about 7:30 pm the restaurant busy but we did not wait for a table. We were told the kitchen was backed up and our food could take an hour, so we promptly ordered drinks , appetizers and entree. After an hour our appetizer arrived warm not hot, salads 45 minutes after that. The server did check on us and take drink and water refill orders but was unable to explain why the rest of our order was taking so long. Tables seated 10 to 45 minutes after we ordered had been served, paid their bills and left. The restaurant was nearly empty. After 2 hours and no entries we checked in with the bar tender to cancel and pay the bill. Bill was $50 for drinks but after giving my card, a corrected bill of $90 was presented to add a round of drinks and side salads that had not yet been entered. The server apologized for the delay, but a manager apology and some comp'd drinks would have left the door open for us to return. Poor experience all around. Too bad, place has a great vibe but whoever is managing needs to take notice and fix what is broken. read more

Went there tonight. Food is good and beer selection is good. But the service was terrible. We waited to get a table, which was understandable on a Friday night. But once we got our table and ordered it was about 45 min to get a burger and fish tacos. The waitress apologized and they were really busy. Really ? A Friday night in a restaurant? Were they not expecting to be busy? YIKES!! Seems to me a management problem. Anyway, if you go there be prepared to play the waiting game. The food in this place is perhaps the most under-priced, under-rated in town. While eating any of their specials you could close your eyes and imagine that you were in a Michelin classified restaurant in France. When my food came out, my pulled pork sliders were cold and missing the sauce that was said to be on them, and my onion rings were colder than the pickle spear on my plate.
