My family and i feel secure in our new home after itech monitoring came out and took care of us. We met them 2 weeks before moving into the home and interviewed them as well as 2 other companies. I immediately liked itech better, because there sales person down sold me several things i really did not need, where the other two companies upsold me as much as possible. One example of this is the outdoor sound system i wanted. Instead of spending several thousand dollars on speakers for my pool area, itech recommend a device i purchased online for much cheaper. itech wired and installed 8 cameras, a full alarm system with thermostat, lock, light, and garage door control. They also installed a 7.1 surround sound system with in wall edgeless speakers, and hung 4 tv's. They also installed a control 4 system to control my media room. I love how they tied everything into one app for me. I can control the alarm system, automation, and my media room all from one app. I can also see the camera's when im not home. All the work was done in 3 days, and we were able to move into a home that had all the work done. A week after the installation was done, and the initial training was complete. I had several questions about the system. I called their office and Victoria was very helpful. After trying to help me over the phone they decided that it would be best to send someone out. They came out the next day and very wonderful helping me with my questions. The best thing is they did not charge me for this trip. This company was a pleasure to work with. This company was awesome. They worked with me throughout the process of the commercial build out of a storage facility. They were recommended by the manufacturer and for good reason. In the design phase they provided drawings with locations of 46 camera's, multiple PTI security gate, and interior access points, and several hundred door alarms for all my units. They were even able to automated the buildings thermostats and integrate it into the alarm system. The installation was efficient. This is my third facility, and itech is by far the best security company i have worked with. They installed the system faster, and had less issues. My previous company took almost 3 weeks to prewire my second facility. Itech was in and out in 4 days! This allowed my general contractor to proceed with the build-out. Their Project Manager was amazing. He kept me informed throughout the process. He even assisted me in finding a new vendor for another part of the project that did not go as well. Gabe, Ray and the crew at I-Tech are awesome. We had an 8 camera system installed at the house and I can view it from anywhere on my phone or computer. They also took over monitoring on the alarm system so it's a one stop shop. The cameras are really clear 1080p's and the DVR and software are easy to use. Already have caught one thief on camera stealing mulch and garden tools from neighbors. (Why risk it for mulch I'll never know...) It's fascinating what takes place in the middle of the night. Also have seen deer, coyotes and rabbits running around the yard. Gabe can accommodate budgets big or small. We were looking for a high/mid-range system performance wise, and I-tech beat competitors prices while providing a better product than the than big box stores offer. Also very timely and polite with install and even worked to catch and correct a supplier's error when the wrong cameras were sent to them the first time. Definitely worth your while giving I-Tech a call. read more

HORRIBLE!!! Don't give this man any business, my husband just got fired from there because Gabriel the owner put a stop payment request on my husbands weekly check and took it back out of our bank account and is now refusing to pay my husband what he has worked for and Gabriel knows my husband is the only one who works because I stay home with our 6 month old. I called him yesterday and he yelled at me and cussed me out using HORRIBLE language, he has no respect for women at all! He told me my husband messed all his jobs up because he was "on drugs" my husband was in the military and now has to take prescribed anxiety medication because of it. So he has no respect for our service men either and I got my lawyer to research him and he's had several dope charges. read more

I met a sales guy from itech monitoring at a chamber event in the woodlands. I had been looking at an alarm system for my new home but had not yet made a decision. I wanted to do the interactive alarm but didnt want to spend $55+/month for such monitoring service. Itech set me up with a system for $39 per month. I can control my alarm, thermostat and a few lights. They were also able to include door lock control. The contract was only 2 years. Itech did a great job and I highly recommend them. read more

Talk about secure...recently our shop was broken into on Christmas Day evening. Alarm scared off intruders but damage was already done. If it wasn't for the load sounding alarm and system, it could have cost us more. Two days later, they were installing a video surveillance and monitoring system and now we can sleep at night! We spent an incredible amount of money and after 4 months and countless visits from their contractors to the house for many hours, generally into the evenings...absolutely nothing that they installed is working as they promised it would.
