I got involved with this company years ago, and unfortunately the system has never lived up to the…read moreexpectations that were set during the sales process. Based on my experience, I can't recommend it to others. The sales demo was impressive. They demonstrated a camera capturing a readable license plate from approximately 200 yards away. In real-world use, my experience has been nothing like that. For example, when my neighbor experienced a theft directly across the street, my system failed to capture any usable images that could help identify the suspects or their vehicle. When I raised these concerns, I was told the poor image quality was because I was viewing the footage on my phone. I purchased a high-quality monitor to eliminate that excuse, but the video quality remained well below what was demonstrated during the sales presentation. I also purchased what I believe was an eight-camera system, including a PTZ camera that was advertised as automatically tracking people and vehicles around my home. Despite multiple service visits to "fine tune" the system, it has never performed as advertised. The tracking has been inconsistent, and the overall performance has been disappointing. Another frustration has been the lack of documentation. I was never provided with clear information explaining the capabilities, limitations, or proper configuration of the various cameras, making it difficult to know whether the system was operating as intended or simply not capable of delivering what was promised. Now, with the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy, I'm left feeling that many of the promises made during the sales process were unrealistic. Whether the issues stem from overpromising, poor implementation, or something else, the end result has been the same: a system that has not met my expectations despite repeated attempts to resolve the problems. This experience has been an expensive lesson. I genuinely hoped the system would provide the level of security that was advertised, but after years of ownership and multiple service visits, I cannot recommend it. When friends, neighbors, or coworkers ask for advice about home security systems, I encourage them to carefully research other options before making a decision.

Just better communication was needed, which I have discussed with Omar. To his credit, Omar has made it right, which indicates to me he is a business owner who values his strong reputation. Mistakes happen, but the most important measure is how they are handled, and Omar handled his side well.

Holy Cow! You may want to think twice about using this company! I hired them to do a simple job. I…read moreneeded two Cat5 drops installed at my home and to mount two wireless access points. It turned out to be a fiasco! (It started on a Wednesday) He ran the drops but did not understand the instructions for using the Aruba wireless/ HPe access point mounting kits (part number: AP-220-MNT-W2W). In the process, he cut up and damaged one of the mounts as well as made over 8 screw holes in my ceiling. When he was "complete" he quickly took my check and left. Within the first hour of his departure, the AP's received power via POE, but no data. I immediately called and texted him about the issue. He assured me that he was currently going to his next job, but would return the following day (Thursday). The next morning, I texted him at around 8:30 am to confirm he would return that day to correct the cabling issues. I received a reply, that he was indeed planning on returning that day to fix things. At 2:22 pm, I once again texted him to see what the ETA was on returning. His reply was that he was finishing up a job and would text me when he was on the way. At 6:33 pm, I received no calls or texts, so I once again texted him to see if he was indeed still coming. The reply was "I'm heading to pull footage for the cops", whatever that means..... After that text, I never received a call or text again. Fast forward to Sunday, where I had to hire another cabler to come in and fix this guys shotty work. In short, he made several unnecessary holes in my ceiling, cut up and damaged an AP mount kit, and literally mis-wired the RJ-45 end connectors. He literally flipped the pinouts from left to right. In short, clearly, this guy is a jack-leg who doesn't know what he is doing with regards to Cat5 drops, RJ-45, Ethernet, and keystone connectors. He tried to take the "money and run", so I had to put a stop payment on the check.

Successfully filed for default judgment. Reached out early November in hopes of getting paid something. He promises to write a check but doesn't say how much it's for. A month goes by and no check. His response was "I thought you had received it". Yeah right. Then he says he will drop it off at my house that day. Again no check. Now he's saying he didn't mail it because I wrote a bad review and if I want any money at all I have to delete the review. Wonder how many other people he's pulled this with? This man has not kept his word to me so many times I'm losing count.

They were very knowledgeable -- quickly narrowed down where the problem likely was instead of guessing, and explained what they were checking and why as they went. Communication was great the whole way through: quick to respond, kept me posted on what they'd tried and what was next, no long silences wondering what was happening. Their troubleshooting was logical and methodical -- they worked through possibilities systematically (power, PoE ports, connectors, wiring, NVR settings, etc.) rather than just throwing parts at it, which saved time and avoided unnecessary guesswork. They were also thorough, checking every angle carefully and documenting what they found along the way. Professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. Would call them again without hesitation if I have any other camera issues.

Bill came to our door and asked if we were interested in a security system. At that moment I wasn't looking at dealing with that task just yet.
