$10 for a small container of popcorn chicken... oof. I was able to get double the portion at Quickly for $8

Boba time has been around for a very long time and I believe they recently have done some rebranding. Decided to try out this new location because they are open a little later than other local spots. Boba Time is a decent place for beginners. For me, the drinks are too artificial looking and tasting. I ordered a winter melon milk tea and it was neon green, which I have never seen. It also tasted like cantaloupe, which was very odd. I also ordered a peach slushee, which was overly sweet, but I did prefer it over the winter melon milk tea. read more

Wow what kind of place has a sign that says they close at 10:00pm and it's 9:40 and says we are open but we only have 5 mins and only have a few drinks. Like c'mon are you guys trying to make money or loose money. Ya have to take orders if it's not 10pm yet. read more

Greetings all, so I bought a large boba milk tea and paid over $6. I thought it was a bit overpriced. But to be fair, I did leave a $1 tip, because when you pay, the machine ask you to enter a tip amount, even when you purchase something to go, & you are not even being served at a table. I think that this is a business trend (for many businesses) that needs to end YESTERDAY. Everyone there was young and friendly enough, but I do have 2 gripes. 1. The cashier seems ultra engaged with her friends in line ahead of me, & took longer than necessary taking their order, sure have fun at work, but please be professional, & 2, this young lady was wiping down/ cleaning the pay counter, and actually hit my arm, because her head was down. I wasn't even leaning on, or touching the counter I was just standing close, looking at the menu. I'm sure it was caught on camera somewhere, last night. I will probably not return (unless they contact me, with a XL Boba Thai tea apology:) lol because there are plenty of great, & less expensive options in the area. I know that working in a restaurant is tough, I have done it, but be professional, & hang in there, & to the owner, it would be nice to remove that mandatory tip "option" on To-Go orders if possible. read more

Nice and clean! Friendly staff too! Wasn't in the mood for boba milk tea in thos heat so we opted for avocado matcha smoothie and honeydew smoothie. Sooooooo good read more

Classic Gen Z experience: walk in with no greeting from the 8 workers in the back staring blankly into their phones, order on the stupid screen, then get drinks pushed on the counter with no announcement. Apply here if you have social anxiety, felt like I walked into someone's living room without being invited, lame read more

The green tea slush is delightful! It's the perfect balance of sweetness. The toppings are generous and the red bean, fruit, and boba compliments the taste very well. The staff there is super nice and there's a lot of seating available. In the back there's a parking lot where you can park for free for an hour. The ambiance of the store is really bright and bubbly, I really enjoyed coming here! read more

This is another branch of what is becoming a large chain of boba shops. Their drinks are dependable from shop to shop and there are a lot of creative options. They do have the macrons and cake slices in this shop, and while tasty, are priced quite high, even with today's inflation. We've been to this IBT on three occasions and each time the person working the counter was very bland........not rude, but not welcoming either. The staff simply doesn't seem to want to be there (which isn't good, especially for a new shop). read more

This is my favorite boba chain and I can't tell you how happy I was when this location opened in my neighborhood! I always use the mobile app to order my regular: Peach Green Tea with Rainbow Jelly and they make it perfectly! Everyone who works here is super friendly and my order is always ready on time. I also love how spacious and stylish the interior looks, with plenty of seating. As a bonus, this location has some food options for when I'm craving a snack. The seasoned fries are great! read more

It's bobs time is such a great vibe every time you go. Always full of energy and great customer service. The drinks have been spectacular. The desserts look amazing but still yet to try. Have tried the Strawberry Milk Tea and Cookies and Cream shake and they have both been spectacular. 5/5 from my husband and I. Thank you It's boba time. I come here all the time. I love boba and this is one of my go to places. The boba has the perfect consistency, not too hard not too soft. The service is amazing (at least every time I go). The employees are very nice and since I go often I recognize them. (They don't recognize me though so I'm not being biased). They do everything perfect each time. I get a tiger sugar milk which is exactly what it sounds like. Sugar, milk and boba (which you can remove or get something else like cheese foam). For me personally the regular is a good size and I finish it every time. I also ask for no ice which is the trick because if you get ice but want to enjoy your drink for a while the ice will melt and water down your drink. They never roll their eyes or scoff when my friend asks for specific things like 75% sweetness. Also if you have social anxiety or don't feel like talking to anyone there is a self order. Once you get your receipt they call the number at the top of your receipt. Numbers are random so you won't always be first. They have a bathroom which is clean and nice decorations. They also play music and keep the temperature at a reasonable degree. During holidays they change their lids to match the holiday. I think this is an amazing spot and you should stop by. read more

If you have no clue what type of boba drink you want, you've found the perfect spot. It's Boba Time has so many options you'll end up finding a drink that satisfies your sweet tooth. I've been to a different location for their strawberry matcha with oat milk, and it tastes consistent with this one. I also appreciate that they do not skimp out on the boba. I came here on a Sunday night and was surprised to see it so busy. There were at least 5 staff working all at once. This is a great location for a boba shop, and I'm glad to see it doing well so far. read more

One of my favorite boba chains, this one is consistent with the others. Parking is a little tough here and its usually pretty packed since its so close to PCC. I order online for pickup though so its ready by the time I get here. read more

When I heard that we'd finally be getting a It's Boba Time in Pasadena I was super hyped. Years ago if I was craving some Boba while working in Burbank and Glendale there were always one to go to or while heading home to Pasadena. And even when they opened one in the Santa Anita Mall, we were basically surrounded by them but never one in our own city. So finally having one like 5 minutes away down the street is great. I mean don't get me wrong there are a lot of great options throughout Pasadena, and not saying that Boba Time is like my favorite, but it's always been a consistent option that always had a massive menu with many different options that are usually solid. It's located on the corner of Allen, with a parking lot in the back on Allen. Also you definitely can find street parking on Allen or nearby if the lots full. Not the biggest inside but most of their locations are relatively small, in comparison to few of their other locations it's a good size spot. I've been there a few times and I would say that the first 2 times I went the actual boba wasn't necessarily the best. Not as soft as I'd gotten used to their boba being, but the most recent time this past week was much better. So maybe they are getting their feet under them since it's a new location. Either way glad to have a Boba spot like them close by and definitely feel like my Boba consumption will increase. read more

I've tried this location a few times. They've gotten better. I tried the peach strawberry tea with boba. The boba was a perfect level of chewiness. My one gripe is that their cups are often wet and sticky when you get your order. read more

On the surface, everything looks beautiful. People are friendly. But you come there for a product. The last time my wife and I went there. We were very dissatisfied with the quality of the Boba drinks. Today I ordered a mango smoothie with almond milk. Tasted good, except it was watery and had chunks of ice. Not really a smoothie. This is two times with products that were substandard. Sad. read more

Moved into the area about 6 months ago, and I keep coming to this boba place. Always clean, friendly employees. It's also super fast and easy to order ahead of time with the app and just pick up my order. Honestly their top 20 are all good but my fave drink is the Thai tea float. Give it a try next time you'll definitely keep reordering this drink. Oh and if you're hungry make sure to grab some fries with popcorn chicken or any of their hot foods. read more

Place is always clean, service is quick and staff is very friendly. It's the first boba I've seen with hot foods.

Been several times on the way to Huntington Gardens. Delicious teas, smoothies, and bowls. We have had very friendly service in the past, but they definitely didn't have their A team on today. No greeting, no smiles, no thank you's, nada. Would've given 5 stars if the service matched the food/drink. Will come back for sure and hope it will be a more positive experience. read more

Stopped by yesterday after taking my son (15yrs old) to Odyssey Games. As we walked in, we were greeted with the reek of weed. Even my son told me if I knew what that smell was. I guess we must have walked in on them after finishing or there is a new flavor tea on the secret menu. Seriously, did they think no on was going to notice the stench? I even mentioned it to the person behind the counter and I can see that he then huddled with the other two in the back probably worried that someone caught them. Grabbed our drinks and left for fresh air. Just plain stupid employees. Oh...Boba was good. The only positive thing was they added a lot more boba balls than usual due to being high... read more

Always a good idea to stop here for a cold drink. The service is quick, and the inside decor is fun!

Solid newcomer on what's shaping up to be the PCC boba corridor. In the old Federico's bakery spot. We've been twice so far. Boba itself has been cooked well--maybe a tiny bit soft. Drinks lean very sweet. House milk tea and jasmine milk tea were solid and the Galaxy iced tea--kind of like a tropical punch--was super sweet but did look cool. The chrysanthemum and citron (half sweet) was different and refreshing. There are tables and chairs inside but it feels a little exposed somehow--not like a cozy place for studying or chatting with friends. There's a parking lot behind, or stop off at Top Restaurant in the mini mall next door. read more

Top notch It's Boba Time branch!!! The place is very neat and clean, and the staff are friendly and polite, too! staff is friendly, variety of drinks and snacks ks to choose from, small plaza parking, price is somewhat reasonable.

Really nice staff. It's always pretty busy. I'm sure they have to endure a lot of shit. They now serve popcorn chicken, wings and also desserts. Just got their popcorn chicken from the recommendation of Nick (I think that was his name) and it was really good! The place is more or less clean. It's never looked dirty to me. read more

Good boba, big menu. Consistent, clean, inexpensive and fast. The In-N-Out of boba chains (that's a complement). Nice treat for the kids. Macaroons and cakes are surprisingly good too if you want something more solid than boba for dessert, definitely worth a try. read more

very bad customer service, they got the order wrong also missing drinks and a bad attitude.

The closing staff is great aside from a specific short white female who closes, she always seems to be so upset to have interact with customers and I've noticed serval rude and awkward interactions over the few times I've gone. This last visit was too much it was my turn to order and she had such an ugly face and kept rocking her head around as if it wasn't screwed on right. Is putting liquid with balls in a cup that hard? Someone needs to post a tik tok about her maybe help homegirl out with a softer job. read more
