I started having issues with my video card overheating, despite being on a cooling pad. After some research I determined that the issue was that the fans were probably either dead or failing and needed to be replaced. I called Adrian, who was able to pick up my laptop at my house and returned it to my house (sweet!). It did take almost 2 weeks for my laptop to be repaired as it is a computer that he doesn't usually work on so he didn't have spare parts just lying around (completely cool - I knew that was doing to happen). I had to reach out to him a few times for updates though. He also suggested that while he had it open he could upgrade the RAM which is a no brainer for me. All in all it works great - no issues now. They'll do the diagnosis right in front of you. If the repair is simple, they'll make the repair while you watch. This openness gives one great confidence in their work.
