He helped my sync my Time Machine to back up my files when initially I couldn't even get past the password not working. He set up my business email on my phone, which had been there but got lost when I upgraded to a new phone. Just this alone was a huge help. I had hired another company in Philadelphia to add my work email to my phone and it took them 3 days of lots of emails and calls back and forth and them working with godaddy. It was not smooth at all and David did it in 10 minutes. I also mentioned that I was getting pop up windows saying "Hard disk full. Delete files to create more space."
