I took in my daughter iPad in because it was cracked. It took them 3 days it fix it. When it was time I picked it up and there were so many air-bubbles in the actual screen not the protective screen THE ACTUAl SCREEN! There were crumbs also inside of it. Do not trust this place. I brought my iPhone 6s there to fix a broken screen three weeks ago. I did not check out other places (my bad) for pricing and thought the $150 charge was a bit hefty but he explained that 6s screens are more expensive so I left it since he said it would be fixed within an hour. When I came back it was still unfinished - so I had to go home and come back again in an hour. When I picked up my phone it looked okay... that is until 3 weeks later. I dropped it a short distance and it cracked so bad that I could not even use the screen to dial or text. I brought it back in to iSquad Repair and asked if there was any way to get a discount as a repeat customer. Not only did they say no way to the discount - they told me that since the screen was not working; I must have broken the led... and that the total cost of repair would be over $250.00. I told them no way... I'll go to the Apple Store - they looked at me in disgust and said, "Good Luck!". When I brought my phone to the genius bar - they told me that it would be $130 to repair the screen. I asked about the led and they looked at me like I was crazy. One hour later I walked out with a beautifully repaired phone for $120 cheaper than what iSquad Repair quoted. DO NOT TRUST ISQUAD REPAIR - THEY ARE DISHONEST. read more

I gave mark at iSquad a chance to make things right and in the end, he wasted my time and everything he said was BS. I was very patient and understanding yesterday but today was just too much - so here is the review. (It could have been easily avoidable, much like my frustration with iSquad). I took my Note3 to be repaired for a cracked screen yesterday. No LCD damage and it worked fine. I was quoted $99 (on special) for the repair, which I thought was fair. So I signed the contract and gave mark my phone. He said it would be done in 2 hours guaranteed. Great! So I left my phone with mark and headed back to work happy. Mark was polite and seemed to have things under control I left work again to come back a little over 2 hours later, as instructed, and my phone is not even in the building! No call to warn me either. Mark said my Note 3 was beyond his abilities and he had to have it picked up by his brother to be finished at the miramar store. Mark then went on to say that id be getting a full new LCD assembly also. My being an ex-tech in the industry, I questioned how he could do that for $99 since LCD replacement cost much more. He went on to tell me a story about how they can afford to do that for me by returning the LCD assemblies directly to Samsung. This all turned out to be BS. His brother confirmed so right in front of mark, but more on this later So the phone was taken away and wasnt back yet. I left work for nothing. Mark says he guarantees itll be here in another hour *this time*, or he will throw in a free screen protector. I said you already broke a promise to me and wasted my time doing so. Mark then gave me the screen protector right there and set it aside for when my phone finally arrived. A freebie for my trouble. I appreciated that and mark was a nice guy so I left frustrated but accepted being ran around. Back to work. 90 minutes later (30 min' after his second promised time) I leave work early and head back to iSquad.. and the phone STILL ISNT THERE! No phone call to stop my wasted trip again either. Thats twice now. So now I had to wait for his brother to show up to get my phone back. This made me late getting my child from school and threw my whole day off afterwards. But, after another wait, the brother shows up with my phone. Curiously I asked the brother who fixed the phone if he had to replace the LCD (like mark said) and the brother no, we never do that for these with cracked glass and its way more than $99 if so. Yea, i thought so. I look at mark - no eye contact. So i get the phone..im late..i rush to my kids pickup. I get home later that evening and finally get a good look at the phone and...to my shock, the screen was not even adhered to the bottom of the phone! There was a visible gap between the glass and the LCD and light was shining out of the obvious gap in the bottom of my phone! It was so obvious and It gets worse. The bottom home and back buttons didnt even work unless you push the glass down against the surface underneath, flexing the entire glass screen! COMPLETELY OBVIOUSLY AND UNACCEPTABLE. I was pissed..but they were closed. So I show up today, mark looks at it and with no question, says they will fix it in an hour. I questioned his timeframe again, since he had already been wrong twice. He assured me it would be done in an hour and he would definitely let me know. I asked how he would contact me and he pulled out my sheet and pointed to my home phone number and said Ill call you at this number as soon as it gets here. An hour passes. Then two. At almost 3 hours since mark said "an hour, i promise" , I just drove down there to see what the problem was. Mark had my phone and said its been sitting here since an hour after I left. I said why didnt you call me?? (i rearranged my schedule for this guys BS two days in a row now) He said that he told me to pick it up in an hour. I just shook my head in disbelief and reminded him that HE showed me the number he would call. "Oh yea. I forgot. sorry" Well his sorry doesnt help my wasted time, gas, WAGES or frustration. So now Im late..again.. because of marks avoidable bullsh*t. At least the phone looked correct this time, but after being put out so many times with dishonest information, I expected more than a mono-toned "sorry" and to be pushed aside for other customers, but that is all I got. Oh, mark said 'the manager' would call me about it, but nothing so far. YOU DONT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS. Personally I think the reason he put that 'free screen protector' on there was to mask the horrible job they did on my $700 phone, because if he had not put that super thick cover over the glass they replaced...id have noticed the gap MUCH easier and probably before I left. Him forcing me to be rushed is the only reason i missed it before I left, so Id advise you check thier work very closely. No tech I know would EVER let this leave thier bench like that - or it would be thier job! Thats a fact read more

I had a horrible experience at this iPhone repair place. They "fixed" my screen on my iPhone 6s and then a week later it cracked on it's own due to faulty materials or faulty installation. When I took it back to them, while they claim they have a lifetime warranty on their repairs, they said they could not fix my screen again because it doesn't cover cracked screens though they admitted that there was no outside damage it simply cracked. I would not recommend anybody to go to this place of business! I lost close to $100 and I still have a cracked screen. There was no flexibility, no help and their lifetime warranty as far as I can tell covers nothing. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

Stay away from this place! They quote a price over the phone and when you walk in to your appointment they give you a higher price! I had my S5 Galaxy phone charge port replaced. A few months later I dropped my phone and my screen broke, so I took it somewhere else and when the tech guy was removing the screen they realized the screen had been glued with Krazy glue and not the Galaxy adhesive that should have been used. Removing the screen with Krazy glue caused the home key to break and lost some of the display functions. They are a disaster stay away from this place!!!! Totally unprofessional!!! read more

Replaced a shattered iPhone screen here. The repair is fine, screen is holding up. Home button now spins in place for some reason, but we're only keeping this phone for another 6 months, so I don't care. Repair was good (not perfect). The reason I'm taking off more stars is because this is my second visit here. I first came on a Saturday. They open at 10 (so says their website and hours on the door). I came right at 10, noone inside, door was locked. Another gentleman was there already. We both waited, by the time I had to leave (a full 30 minutes later!) a line of 5 people had formed to get in. The business was still not open, employee was a no-show. There was no note on the door that they'd stay closed for a family emergency, nothing. They just didn't open that morning. read more

They fixed my cracked ipad mini screen it even had a dent and they even straightened it out to fit the glass snug back in. I originally came in a few months ago to have a cracked screen repaired and added the screen protector but unfortunately two months later the Screen turned blue and I was unable to see anything but could still answer phone calls and what not. I came in pretty upset because I had to spend over $200 to fix the phone in the first place for it to just break so soon when the phone had the screen protector a case and the initial drop on the carpet is what made the screen go blue. Went into the store to talk to somebody about the situation let them know I was pretty upset if I had to pay that much money again for something I just had fixed and paid extra for to protect the phone but they did me a solid and told me they would call the manufacturers and find out if they could do it for free and if not they would be able to fix the phone for $150 Out the door if the manufactures did not approve the request. At first I was a little irritated but I called spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone he listen to my concerns and had the phone fixed in 20 minutes but I ended up paying $120 out the door. Our whole family have been going to this place since they opened and we've never had any issues all the employees are always super kind and helpful and wanting to give us the best deal. I do trust this place and I will continue coming back and referring people over to them, still annoyed I had to pay $120 but hey He took 30 bucks off from what the employee before quoted me so I'm happy. I love this place! Last night, I managed to drop my sim card down into my phone. It was completely disabled. This morning, I took it to Verizon. They couldn't help me. They told me about a device repair over by Home Depot. I went right over there. I walked into this beautiful shop. It was super clean and smelled good too. Soft music was playing and they even had it decorated for Halloween. I was greeted by John. I told him what had happened and he fixed it right then and there!! He had to take it apart to get the SIM out, he put it back together, and it is perfect! I asked him what the charge was, he said it was no charge!! What a nice man. This is my second repair at ISquad. First one was my charging port on my IPad. I was very nervous after I found out what was involved but ISquad did the repair and the IPad is still going strong. This week I dropped my IPhone in the bathtub so I paid ISquad a visit. They had me up and back to normal in no time. Since water damage is so devastating to electronics who know what will happen over time but for now all is good.
