I was extremely impressed with the response from the restaurant manager, Joseph Verrengia. He contacted me personally, listened to my concerns, and explained that his team took ownership of what happened. What impressed me most was that Joseph didn't just apologize--he explained the specific steps he had taken with his staff to help ensure other guests have a better experience going forward. I know that things don't always go perfectly at a restaurant, but how management responds when there is a problem says a lot.
