Authentic fresh Haitian food. You are in for a treat if you come here. The staff is wonderful. There is a little outdoor seating area as well as in door. Covid protocols are being followed to the letter. The red snapper was perfect. And the ox tail was tender and delicious. These staple Caribbean dishes may be common, however not very many capture the true essence and authentic flavor. Gi hit the spot. I'm excited to try the patties when I am back in the area. Update to follow!

Food is amazing! We had the goat and beef fritay. Both were slamming and plenty of leftovers. Next time I'm going for the fish.

The food is great. It's so flavorful and the owner is very kind. We always order Tassot Cabrit with macaroni gratinee. It's delicious.

It's loaded with lobster, tastes fresh every time, and they actually give you a solid portion. The bread's toasted right, just hits every time. Shouldn't go anywhere else but the pier for a nice lobster roll. Service was amazing and the ambiance just fits the name of the establishment perfectly.

Sure I love sushi, but if it tastes fishy, it's bad fish and growing up in Norway on boiled fish and an evil concoction called Lutefisk. I haven't been a big fan of the seafood scene here in the tri-state. This placed changed my mind. The first time here our waitress, Beth made sure we knew what was fresh and popular for the evening. Throw in the fact that the owner Ralph and his mom checked in on us that we were happy with our dinners made this a great over the top local place. Food: For appetizers I had the escargot. It was amazing. Not your standard escargot in a standard scalloped dish with a small dash of garlic and butter, but a bowl consisting of a wonderful broth of escargot, garlic, butter and accompanied with toasted baguette slices. Mains: My wife ordered the "Codfather"consisting of cod, shrimp and scallops. Let's just say I made sure to keep my arms and hands on my side of the table and not attempt to try a sample from her plate with the fear of losing a digit. I ordered the fish and chips. Hey! It's fried, can't go wrong as a non-fish eater going with this route. Nope. Beyond my expectations. My last best fish and chips was at the famous take away at the Borough Market in London. This version? Fresh Cod, well done fries, homemade tartar sauce and coleslaw, just saved me the airfare to the UK. We have all ready been back twice. It is our new fave.

They start you off with warm sourdough bread along with 2 different types of butter. I got the NY strip steak medium rare, which was fantastic. I would give it 5 stars. Our waitress Swe, was delightful, kind, happy, described the dishes, gave suggestions, she is what you would expect from a waitress. Even the food runners were excellent, smiled and said hello when they approached the table. The service was definitely 5 star. The Food, presentation was excellent. The flavors, just weren't there. We started with these beautiful onion rings which were house made. Big, beautiful and fried to a crisp golden perfection, yet taste, there was none. absolutely nothing. the most boring onion ring ever. Then the wedge salad, chopped and soggy. If your going to reinvent a classic salad, it better be good. I had the seared yellow fin tuna, again what happen to the flavor. it had a carrot ginger puree, that was more for color than flavor. the best part was the arugula pickled onions and tomatoes that came on the plate. My dinner partner had 16 oz prime dry age rib eye, which he did not enjoy. I am not a meat eater but tastes it and was not impressed. this steak was so thin. they took 16oz and spread it across the entire plate, taking away the true essences of a steak. I was pretty disappointed in the food but the cocktails were very good as well as their wine-selection. I beautiful place with great staff, which i would go back maybe just for happy hour. One other disappointment is with being such an nice steakhouse and all of the staff dressed and all so professional why isn't there any type os dressed code. Why are they allowing people to dine in sweatpants and messy t shirts. They should have a requirement. most diners were dressed so nice but allowing sweat pants. my two star rating is based solely on the flavor of the food.

From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top-notch. The food was absolutely phenomenal, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. We would definitely come back again the next time we're in town. Highly recommend!

I've been here before and this was by far my worst experience…read more We were seated upstairs due to a reservation mix up on our part and tbh we should have left at that point because upon seeing the space it was basically an overflow space with zero ambiance like the first floor. Service is subpar as a result because the staff is all downstairs with 1 server whose experience you could tell was very green. I had to go downstairs and flag down a runner for our waitress to come take our order. The beet salad is always a great go-to although the Cesar salad was over dressed. My daughter ordered the filet which was delicious. I ordered the linguine vongole which was sooo bland even after I added the Parmesan and salt. Zero depth of flavor in the sauce and it was separating even as it was placed on the table. My husband ordered the special: halibut with haricot vert and both were overcooked. The haricot vert were so soggy, they were completely inedible. It was as if they were steamed and they placed in a pan of oil. Having been here before, the desserts are lacking so we decided to skip as we had a family with a very young infant who cried almost the entire time we were there. Well the server lost our credit card at some point from the table to the register! We used another card and had to cancel that card. Barely an apology from management and no follow up! I won't be coming back but just because the one day where everything went to hell, but also because this is my 4th time eating here in 4 months with various friends and they still don't recognize/acknowledge repeated customers.
