To make matters worse, there were zero apologies from the staff and no offer to discount the order for the massive delay. * The Communication: After the long wait, we were casually told, "No more snapper, we ran out." If a customer orders online and an item is sold out, the restaurant needs to manage it properly. They should either call the customer immediately to offer a substitute, suggest an alternative at pickup, or simply update their online ordering platform so sold-out items can't be purchased in the first place. It is incredibly disappointing to experience such a total lack of customer care. As much as I love good Caribbean food, I will not be back.
