We made a reservation so when we arrived, they took us straight to our seat in a perfect location upfront, not too close to the music, but not too far away and across from the bar the meal was fantastic. After being seated I asked the waiter about the free Old Fashioned or Sangria dads were suppose to receive as per their IG post. The waiter tells me that was only for Saturday June 20th but he'll check with management. He comes back and states it was only for the 20th. I pull up the post which states 20th and 21st. He goes back to his manager and they honor it. Their IG post also mentions a surf & turf special for $59 (which is one of the main reasons I chose this restaurant). When I inquired with the waiter he stated it's only available for dinner (this is not mentioned anywhere on the post). Between the 4 of us we had several lobster tails with waffles, 1 person ordered hot honey chicken with waffles, 4 additional lobster tails and several sides of eggs with bacon. 3 waffle orders came out together and everything else came out staggered 20 - 30mins later. We repeatedly had to ask for the rest of the order. A friend had a Cadillac Margarita which was good. I attempted to order one and was told they ran out of Cointreau and Grand Marnier. How do you run out of the main ingredient for a standard margarita at 2pm on a Sunday?! Passion fruit wings along with a few other menu items were not available. All in all I wouldn't return to Czen. Although my waiter was very pleasant doing the best he could and the ambiance was nice, the restaurant was poorly prepared and brunch was poorly executed.
