Lemony sweet, with refreshing topped raspberries to bring you back to your senses. Sticky toffee pudding was a contrast to the fresh panna cotta. It was so scrumptious and rich. It's like the British pudding, essentially like a cake/muffin with a delicious sauce. The main meal was mushroom risotto with asparagus. I'm not a big risotto person but there were only 2 vegetarian options on the menu for the entrees so I needed to pick something! It was nice and buttery, but could have used more asparagus in my opinion for variety of textures. The other option for vegetarian entrée was a polenta! It was decent but this place could definitely do better vegetarian entrees! I have full faith on that. Appetizers are delightful - we had the crispy cauliflower with a chutney that was surely inspired by some tangy Indian tastes. The other dish for appetizers was patatas bravas - delightful. The menu is not overwhelming, it's seasonable and there will be something you can enjoy. Parking and seating is super limited so make sure you arrive on a slow day, arrive early, or are prepared to wait. Tip is also included. Good for special occasions. Bring your love, your best friend, and/or your grandma. Clean and cozy. Has outdoor seating too in the front and back.

I randomly craved a pancake - the last time I wanted pancakes was over 5 years ago - and they delivered on a standard, big ole guy. I did struggle in ordering food, as I eat very healthy typically so I opted for a DIY omelette, adding spinach and mushrooms. My party also got the Mcclure Sandwich w bacon, which was seemed to meet their expectations as well. This is a sports bar - it's a little divey but the clean kind. I read a few reviews that surprised me because I don't think Sporty's is advertising anything outside of expectation - but it's very clean, which is nice. There was only 1 server working and she was busy on a weekday (4 parties, 1 of which was 5 people and folks still coming in), seemed like 1 bar back for those in the bar (which was lowkey popping for a weekday brunch time, looking like locals having drinks to kick it rather than eating). My only caveat would be if you go towards the restroom - there is a super strong scent of cigarettes, as the door to the back is near there. It's incredibly strong. The bathroom was still super clean and did NOT smell at all. Again, this is a sports bar - I don't think it's fair to downrate them for that, because I just don't know what one would expect. There's a strong local vibe here I haven't seen in a while, and it's clear they value their connection with customers.

And now in hindsight, I'm going to presume that what they called corn beef was probably some pink slime aggregate that was marketed under that name given seasoning and whatever else. I tried to beat some of the flavor by having a little bit of someone else's pancake, but whatever was in the pancake batter just tasted like VOCs and other assorted chemistry I wish I was joking. If I was, my gut wouldn't feel like the absolute cesspool that it has become trying to pass this ***slop. Someone else had fried potatoes and I thought that at least potato might be a little bit more pure since it was a whole ingredient, but it just tasted like resin because of how long the grease had been on the fryer that had cooked it If I didn't know this country for what it is, I would have called the health inspector on the place

I could only take about 3 bites before I couldn't handle the potency any longer. It was literally a horseradish sandwich with a side of weak broth. The abundance of condiments on both of the $25 overpriced sandwiches turned the bread into mush leaving us on the Brink of sandwich hell. The roasted cauliflower was another standout, with the pistachios adding great texture and flavor. The roasted carrots were also delicious and paired beautifully with the goat cheese. One of our favorite dishes of the evening was the chicken liver pâté. It was rich, smooth, and incredibly flavorful. My only suggestion would be a few more pickled onions to provide just a touch more acidity and balance. The morel risotto was probably our least favorite dish. The texture was wonderfully creamy, but it felt a bit under-seasoned and could have used a little more depth of flavor. The roasted half chicken was outstanding. The skin was perfectly crisp while the meat remained juicy and tender. It paired wonderfully with the chimichurri sauce and cranberry beans. If I were to change one thing, I might swap out the roasted romaine for something like sautéed kale or another hearty green that would complement the dish a bit better. For dessert, we had the dark chocolate and pistachio terrine. It was rich and satisfying, though I think an extra sprinkle of flaky salt would have elevated the flavors even further. Overall, Ramble delivers thoughtful, well-executed food in a welcoming setting. While a couple of dishes could use minor tweaks, the meal was excellent from start to finish. This spot is a true island treasure, and I wouldn't hesitate to dine here again.
