A damn fine cheeseburger. Today he has straight fries! A must go to when I'm visiting friends on the island.

Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming, especially Jennifer. * Casual and quaint retro diner vibe. Nothing fancy, but it's clean and comfortable. * Fries were really good, crispy and lightly battered. * Hand dipped corn dogs were tasty. * "Fun size" meals are a great option and come with a tiny ice cream cone, which is a nice touch. * Self serve drinks and condiments (I personally like being able to get things myself, and everything was clean and stocked.) * Two private restrooms (no stalls/single occupancy) + indoor and outdoor seating options What fell short: * The biggest downside is the price. I understand there's an "island premium," but the value just didn't match the steep cost. * Burger was okay, but the patty felt small for the price. * Onion rings were not good. They had thick, undercooked onion and chewy breading. * The chicken bites were extremely dry. They were edible, but I'd honestly take just about any other fast food nugget over these. That's especially disappointing because they looked like they started with decent quality white meat. My kid took one bite and pushed the rest away, which is a first for anything breaded and fried. Overall, the service was great and we enjoyed the family friendly setup, but the prices and inconsistent food quality make it hard to justify coming back regularly.

Very open clean space when entering. Friendly staff and easy to order service. There's a touch pad…read morewhere you can order food looking to pics or in person. Pricing I find on the higher side but the milkshake was delicious. The onion rings were fresh but very on the oil and batter.

We stumbled in to this place for my wife's birthday randomly. Friendly greeting. Chill vibe. Ok,…read moregreat. We'll try it. We happened to show up on "steak night". Now, I'd just had some bad things happen in my life and was looking for something that might bring me some joy, so I ordered the strip even though it was a little pricey, and I didn't know much about the place. My brother in Christ, let me tell you, that was the most gloriously delicious steak I've ever eaten. Cooked perfectly. Buttery. An almost crackling crust. Seasoned well but not overwhelming. My wife's noodles were also fantastic, but that steak was out of this world. She made me trade once she tasted it. We finished with a really nice, not too sweet chocolate mousse. They nailed all of it. I'm as shocked as anyone to tell you that this was the best restaurant meal I've ever had, and I don't like anything.

Every time I go to The Ruby Brink I always leave with a smile on my face and a warmth in my belly…read more It's upscale without being too snobby, they have the dishes of a far more expensive restaurant without the astronomical cost. This place commits to sourcing almost everything they have locally and they make a lot of their own base ingredients including every sauce they serve. The Ruby Brink is particularly well suited as a good bar that still has restaurant class food, especially if you just go out with your adult friends and not necessarily your family of five. Different restaurants are tiered to different clientele and I especially appreciate that they serve their target audience: adults looking for a damn good meal, super well! Their menu is prepared every single day depending on what's available at the time. Don't be surprised if you see different dishes on it from just going there a week previous. In my opinion this keeps it fun although they still make sure to keep their classic favorites around. Definitely five out of five stars for me

Was our waitress and she was just delightful. A little spacey, like both of us, but just absolutely delightful. The food came out quickly, as ordered, and hot. The prices aren't bad either compared to other places on the same strip. It's diner food, as you'd expect. However, it's good!! The only criticism I have, and the only reason I didn't leave a 5* review is that there really ins't an evening menu. I don't know the clientele after it gets dark, but the evening menu is very limited, and since they're open so late I'd love to see more options. Thank you, Katina/Katrina! You were fantastic!!!!!!!

I started without the Corned beef hash…read more Well, at least that's what they billed it as I think that the oil they used to fry was probably the most industrial version of canola byproduct possible. And now in hindsight, I'm going to presume that what they called corn beef was probably some pink slime aggregate that was marketed under that name given seasoning and whatever else. I tried to beat some of the flavor by having a little bit of someone else's pancake, but whatever was in the pancake batter just tasted like VOCs and other assorted chemistry I wish I was joking. If I was, my gut wouldn't feel like the absolute cesspool that it has become trying to pass this ***slop. Someone else had fried potatoes and I thought that at least potato might be a little bit more pure since it was a whole ingredient, but it just tasted like resin because of how long the grease had been on the fryer that had cooked it If I didn't know this country for what it is, I would have called the health inspector on the place
