We used to have a green algae infested dirty pool that we could not swim in. NOW, we can swim any moment of any day and our friends and family love coming over to swim again. Our daughter who is an architect, drew up a design for us and Sal's designer perfected our vision. Sal was always willing to give to give us his professional suggestions in areas we were not sure about. Everything from beginning to end went very smooth. His crew was very professional, efficient and always communicated with us. Sal's crew also landscaped our backyard with concrete designs and artificial turf. The landscaping turned out great and we have no complaints about with the work Backyard Pools did.

Justin finally did take accountability for how poorly and unprofessionally my pool was managed, but that was before he gave me a $4000 quote and then ended service when he became extremely annoyed when I asked for break down of the costs. They boost that their pool guys are so well trained, but after a new pool guy was assigned to my pool the problems began. I was paying for full service $160+ for everything. First he didn't vacuum my pool and told my tenant that he didn't. He didn't vacuum the pool multiple times, I had to call the owner and then he would be sent out again. Then he didn't put the seal for the filter back on so it was sucking in air for hours before I noticed. Then he put twice as much shock in the pool as he was suppose to, based on records and the owner tried to back pedal and say he wrote the wrong amount. This all happened within two months. My pool was then cloudy from mismanagement of chemicals, the water was only a couple years old, as I had drained the pool 3 years prior. Justin told me that no filter was able to filter out the dirt. I was told I needed to change the water and asked if I also wanted a quote for a new pump and filter. I told him a quote would be great but I was in no position to spend over $4000, at which point Justin cancelled my service. The lack of professionalism, and laziness from this company was astounding. I have since SUCCESSFULLY cleaned and maintained my pool since then and I wish I could say any idiot can do it but as you can see thats CLEARLY NOT the case.

This was the first and only location visited when interested in purchasing a Hot Tub, felt comfortable at the location and the Staff was Great.  Once we decided on the right size of unit for the space available, the rest was easy with Great Assistance from Dylan.  We had to wait a week for delivery, and the delivery process went extremely smooth with no problems or damages.  Tyler and Sam delivered our unit and were very helpful in informing me of everything I needed to know for success.  Install was an Awesome Experience, Thanks Tyler and Sam!!! Thanks to this Tucson Family-Owned Business for putting my mind at ease at point-of-sale and without pressure of making a purchase.  This location also does repairs on their units as they get older and need Maintenace, and no need for searching for a repair person.  Solid!  Our unit works Wonderfully and is used almost every day and looks Great on our Patio without taking a lot of room.  It's Perfect and the Cover Bracket is the BEST Ever compared to our last unit!  WooHoo! I suppose because I won a contractor dispute. TPS replastered my pool with an inferior product called Stone Scapes, while I believed it to be Pebble Tec, approximately two years ago. The product developed rust stains. Google it. Then, TPS sold me a cartridge filter which was not adequate for my pool. Pentair, personally, made sure my filter was replaced with a sand filter, appropriate for my pool. All of my troubles with TPS began quite some time ago. If you want more details, please email me. Otherwise, stay away from TPS. They will take you for a ride, which is not pleasant.
