The guy inside the mall at the kiosk was trying to charge me 55$ more than this place for the same service. My phone was terribly cracked and my volume didn't work, but the guy at IService showed me how I could control it with the accessibility control (I'm not techsavy whatsoever so this blew my mind). Horrible survive. Cheap products that he uses to repair phones with fixed my phone 2 times with this man and it broke all 2 times without me even dropping it just the pressure of it going in and out of my pocket the screen started staticing and going completely black screen. I don't recommend this mans store disrespectful from the jump the second time I came to tell him why does it keep breaking. He blamed me and tried to flip it on me by saying I broke it the second time around I'm 300$ in with this man and still didn't wanna help me trying to blame me when I didn't even break the phone. I am writing this review on my iphone that now looks brand spankin new after Zone fixed it. They replaced the LCD, glass and camera glass on the back of my iphone 7 in 20 minutes flat. All for a super affordable price! I seriously thought my phone was toast. So I went to sprint to get a new phone because my iPhone 6 was officially unusable, it just displayed a rainbow of colors and the only way to make calls was threw Siri. The sprint guy took me to this iPhone repair shop down the street, and he literally fixed my entire iPhone in 10 mins right in front of me for 120. Karen fixed the cracked screen and dead battery on my iPhone 6 for a great, low price. He fixed it in record time too! I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes, unlike other places where they take 1-2 hours. There was a small hiccup with the Touch ID scanner not working afterwards and Karen said he'll check it out and fix it at no charge. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix it, but he did recommend that I restore my phone. I restored my phone and the Touch ID scanner works again! I highly recommend that you take your broken phones to Karen for a quick and inexpensive fix. I am a 100% satisfied customer and I will (knock on wood) take all future repairs to him. This place is located across the street from Urban Outfitters. It is a tiny location, and by that I mean it's the size of a closet, allowing for only the owner and maybe 2 other people at any given time. If you are making a payment this should not be a problem. They do brisk business. When I got there , there was someone in front of me and by the time I left someone was waiting for service. There is another 2nd shop on Olive which is supposed to be bigger with more accessories. In short, I went to buy a month to month contract with PagePlus, coming out of my H20 plan. I purchased a new ph here which works. I was told it would take 4- 24 hrs and everything was transferred within 2hrs. I do have to point out the gentleman at this establishment is older and not electronic device savvy. It helped A LOT that I had already contacted H2o myself via internet chat and had gotten my pin and acct nbr (not cellphone nbr ) because I shudder to think how long I would have been here while he tried to figure out how to do it. As it is I found myself wanting to snatch the phone out of his hands and open the phone myself to insert the battery when it took him several failed attempts. He also complained about the previous customers to me and disclosed to me his businesses personal info from how much he had to pay for his spot and how much were his taxes and that's why he couldn't do business with those other people. Bottom line is that they got me what I wanted but you definitely need patience. read more
