This guy is the absolute best. He took a verrry broken IPhone 10 max which, aside from having the screen broken such that nothing was visible, had been dropped in the ocean and was displaying error codes. Beyond replacing screen, camera, and backing, he opened up the motherboard and got it in top working order, looking like new, all for a very reasonable price. read more

Super nice guy. Unbeatable price and service! I , uhh, tried fixing my phone myself. Only to make it worse than it was. Called around, most places didn't have it or the tech wasn't there... I was in n out in 15 min. Fresh phone! Happy me! read more

iService - Hand made beautiful phone covers from Armenia! - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Burbank, California

Great for quick stops when you just want to see a different case on your phone and you don't want to buy online. I needed a bumper case and car charger which ran $20 but I didn't have to wait for it to come in the mail. Another benefit is that you get to try on the case before buying. That is a big benefit and I will pay extra for that. I don't like surprises when I shop on Amazon and decided to come here instead. read more

The place is fast, reasonably priced, and reliable. I am sure I will crack my screen again and I will be back.

Quick affordable smart phone repair while you wait. Better prices then your typical repair shop.

The guy inside the mall at the kiosk was trying to charge me 55$ more than this place for the same service. My phone was terribly cracked and my volume didn't work, but the guy at IService showed me how I could control it with the accessibility control (I'm not techsavy whatsoever so this blew my mind). He did the job fast and was genuinely honest when telling me what was wrong with my phone. Thank you IService! I will recommend this place to anyone who needs phone help. read more

Horrible survive. Cheap products that he uses to repair phones with fixed my phone 2 times with this man and it broke all 2 times without me even dropping it just the pressure of it going in and out of my pocket the screen started staticing and going completely black screen. I don't recommend this mans store disrespectful from the jump the second time I came to tell him why does it keep breaking. He blamed me and tried to flip it on me by saying I broke it the second time around I'm 300$ in with this man and still didn't wanna help me trying to blame me when I didn't even break the phone. Confusing man but all he wants is money from start to finish. read more

I am writing this review on my iphone that now looks brand spankin new after Zone fixed it. They replaced the LCD, glass and camera glass on the back of my iphone 7 in 20 minutes flat. All for a super affordable price! I seriously thought my phone was toast. The screen was black, the touch only worked in some places, couldn't text or look anything up without calling random people in my contacts. It was awful, but all good now! Thanks again! read more

The owner of Zone repair is an honest guy who stands behind his work and I would gladly recommend Zone Repair. I brought in two water damaged iPhones and he practically repaired one on the spot but I left both phone with him. One had sustained too much damage and wasn't worth the repair but the other I got back with a new screen and battery for $180 total. I was super happy to have this phone back for 1/3 of the price of buying a second hand phone. Nice surprise, I wasn't charged for all the time he spent evaluating and trying to fix the other phone. read more

By far the fastest service I have ever received so courteous kind and professional!!!

Walked in to this half vape shop half iPhone repair store looking for a cheap but sturdy iPhone screen protector. I was helped right away, he gave me two options, $15 and $30. He didn't try and waste my time convincing me to invest in the more expensive one. I still had the sticker covering on my phone so it took literally 30 sec to apply the protector (no need to clean any dust). I think his name might be Howard? Or Martin. Super chill guy, I will come back if I have any future phone troubles! read more

So I went to sprint to get a new phone because my iPhone 6 was officially unusable, it just displayed a rainbow of colors and the only way to make calls was threw Siri. The sprint guy took me to this iPhone repair shop down the street, and he literally fixed my entire iPhone in 10 mins right in front of me for 120. Might I add the fucken "geniuses" as they call themselves at Apple told me it was going to cost about 250 to 300 dollars to fix and about 2 business days. Fuck them. read more

Karen fixed the cracked screen and dead battery on my iPhone 6 for a great, low price. He fixed it in record time too! I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes, unlike other places where they take 1-2 hours. There was a small hiccup with the Touch ID scanner not working afterwards and Karen said he'll check it out and fix it at no charge. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix it, but he did recommend that I restore my phone. I restored my phone and the Touch ID scanner works again! I highly recommend that you take your broken phones to Karen for a quick and inexpensive fix. I am a 100% satisfied customer and I will (knock on wood) take all future repairs to him.
