They were supposed to replace it with the same size drive, "had to order it," then installed a smaller drive that was previously USED. How do I know? It has a prior customer's data transfer on it from Sept 2025. That $50 diagnostic fee that they said goes towards the repair? Nope! Separate line item on receipt. Also quoted me a price on the same size drive by 2 different employees, then magically the smaller drive is that price and the same size drive would have been $100 more. Also want to point out that part of the delay was b/c they had to order the drive, but then they just installed a drive that's been laying around for at least 6 months? These guys are great if you need to do a battery swap. But PC repair? Stay away. Also make sure that any price quotes they give you are in writing, b/c it's funny that 2 different people quoted the same price but then it magically changed after they installed a drive.

Also, there is a bright spot on my phone on the right side, which affects my wallpaper. I came into this place to have it checked out and see how much it would cost to repair. The tech took one look at the photo and said it's not the screen that's damaged. It's the photo is highlighting a glare in the background. He switched it to night mode, and the glare was gone, so it was clearly the photo I had as a background and not the screen itself. Also, I asked him about the streaks of light on my photos. He took one look at it and said that my lens cover is really dusty. He cleaned it off and we took a photo and all the streaks were gone. I wanna point this out because these are two things that any dishonest repair shop can easily say they will look at it and fix it and charge me $100-$200. Because of their honesty, this was a five minute visit where he did want adjustment and one lens cleaning and didn't even charge me. It's good to know that they are still honest repairman out there. If I do have a problem, I will be sure to come back here
