HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, as a man i needed a manicure today when i got off work at 5pm for a date that night. The woman doing my nails treated me horribly. My nails came out looking worse than when i do them myself !!! and i suck at doing them myself so that says a lot. Absolutely horrible! Save your nails and your money. Tech ripped off part of my nail using fake nails to remove the gels. Asked repeatedly to soak but she didn't listen. Nails are extremely damaged. Run as fast as you can !!! This place is not usually where I go, but I decided to visit during my lunch break since I had an event scheduled today. When I looked in from the outside and saw the back of the couch, which was filthy and dirty, that should have been a red flag. Once I got inside, Tina was the only staff member present, along with three other customers, so she was trying her best to keep up. I asked her how long I would have to wait, and she said, "No, no, no, just five minutes." After a while, an older gentleman, probably in his late 70s, began working on me. I could immediately tell that the service would not be good, and I voiced my concerns. Then, Tina took over to try to fix what was left undone. She completed the job in less than 20 minutes, which was shocking given that this was the fastest gel pedicure I've ever received in over 20 years of experience. I have no idea how they justify calling this a spa. This place is dirty, disorganized, and I will never return, even if it were free. I'm just hoping I didn't catch any fungus. I had a horrible experience here. The nail tech used a fake nail to lift off my acrylic nails despite me asking for a soak off. It was a very painful process and I kept asking her to use acetone to soak them off. She finally did but by then she had lifted most of them off. My nails are extremely damaged now. read more

Horrible customer service, very rude and rushed, expenses. I ask for let me soak in my manicure for a long time and he laughed and said : " That's doesn't do any difference " and take out my hand and after a minute in the water , my skin hurt because he was cutting the xtra skin in dry , the manicure was very fast and painful. The lady didn't give me what I asked for which was square nails she gave me round !! when I asked her to fix it she refused and I refuse to pay her for her horrible service and not giving me what I ask for.. She threaten to call the police ..(I did have to pay for the service even though it wasn't what I asked for)I didn't mind paying for the service I asked for .. however she did what she wanted.. If you go to a restaurant and your food is not right they offer to fix it or give you something different.. this was not the case .. I DONT RECOMMEND!! Let's talk about this place. I never like to say anything about nail salons because it's always a hit or miss. This place is the worst. Im in the military so I don't care to have long lasting nails. I asked for a regular acrylic fill in no gel. Nothing gel related. Well she insist I get gel & I still tell her I do not want gel. She continues to tell me gel gel. At the end I get charged $30. For an acrylic fill in?? My nails are also not even a quarter of an inch long. I continue to bring up I did not want gel & she insist it's not gel then I ask why that price when the posted price is $15? She ignores me & continues to whisper to her co workers & then starts to speak their foreign language. Im not a dummy. Then she hands me a OPEN water bottle. It was not sealed all the way.. I don't live here but I come to visit my mom. never coming here again. UPDATE: when ask for a refund the dark skin lady & the Asian lady with the tattooed liner called me a shady ass bitch & SNATCHED my debit card. This place is a joke. read more

You never know what you are paying for because they up charge at the end. You can't understand what Tina is saying. DO NOT GO HERE! This place is so unsanitary and nasty. They reuse ALL products and tools without cleaning. There's Covid and other sicknesses that could easily be spread at this salon. The owner came in from outside and didn't wash her hands or use gloves while waxing my eyebrows. She used the same stick to dip back into the wax several times. I got home and immediately washed my face and hands because that place was so filthy. read more

Stay away from this place. They don't listen to the customer. If I say I want a certain color give me what I asked for not what you think looks right. They are constantly trying to upsell(which I get it's a business and a business needs money), but don't be pushy about it because now you are just turning me off. When the upselling doesn't go their way their attitude changes and they are no longer friendly just in a hurry to get you out of their shop. I really enjoyed my service here. The nail technician was really good and did a better job than the nail spa in short pump i went to previously. I got a deluxe mani pedi with a hot stone massage, hot towels, scrub, and mask for under $60. The place doesn't look fancy but it's sanitary and one of the best pedicures I've had. my feet look amazing. They pay attention to detail and remove any imperfections. This place is so horrible. The lady doing my nails seemed like she was rushing for no reason. When she was cutting my nails she did it so quickly and so bad that most of my nails are lopsided. My nail polish smeared and is all over my toe. Some of my nails are too short and some are too long. I have an event to go to tonight but now I'm going to go with crappy looking nails.
