I had a really disappointing experience with Iron Supply Powersports. I was on the way to purchase a TrailMaster they advertised for $999, and it was about an hour drive for me. Before I got there, I decided to call and confirm the out-the-door price after seeing some reviews about hidden fees. Good thing I did. They told me the out-the-door price was $2,200, which is honestly ridiculous. I've bought ATVs and power sports vehicles before, so I fully understand freight, assembly, and taxes--but there's no justification for more than doubling the advertised price. That kind of pricing feels very misleading. Advertising a $999 price just to tack on over $1,000 in extra fees is bad business and a waste of customers' time--especially for those driving long distances. I ended up not going through with the purchase. Definitely recommend calling ahead and getting a full breakdown before making the trip. read more

These guys that work here did an outstanding job. Dalton and Rene are the two i worked with. My bike had some serious issues that were old fuel related. Anyway they had i a while (no fault of their own) but Triumph is the one calling the shots and sending parts, so the time it took was clearly on Triumph. Dalton kept me updated the best he could and as soon as parts hit the door they were on it. Now i did not buy the bike from them. So i believe the service i received from them was first class. They have a very nice new shop to work in that was first rate in my opinion. The bike runs super great. No problems at all. The service manager himself worked on my scooter. Then to top it off we had a small issue with my home button, Rene himself came all the way across town to get my bike then brought it back to me! Treat these guys nice people. I had my oil change done today and it was the most fair pricing I've found when I've seen posts of people paying north of 300 for this same service. My oil change was done in 45 minutes while I hung out with the guys and enjoyed some complimentary snacks. This is one hell of a shop and an authorized Indian service shop (they're working on becoming a full blown dealership in the next couple of months)! If you haven't, give them a try. They're my go to for parts, service and even to just hang out on the weekends and see what's new. Went to Iron Supply on a Saturday night, 20 minutes before closing. Needed a chain cut for my son's mini bike. Not only did they stick around but cut the chain for free (had to go back a second time and have more cut on the chain, was charged this time but that totally on me). I left my Suzuki at Polaris West for a new axle and to replace the fork seals. It took them 8 weeks to get this done.  After driving the bike home, I noticed a significant leak at the fork that I just paid Polaris West to have repaired.  Oil was dripping down the tube with each compression.  I took the bike back and a week later the bike was fixed correctly,  I think.  There was still residue. I traded it in to a different dealer at a loss with the knowledge that it still may need fork seals. I had planned to trade in my bike for a new Suzuki on Polaris West's showroom. But after such poor communication, a lack of urgency to get my bike completed and, finally, bungling my repair, no way I was going to buy a new motorcycle there. I do not plan to return for any future service there. read more

Walked in this Saturday expecting to look at a few bikes and leave after a couple of hours. Ended up staying from 9 till 3. Free burgers and beer (a very frequent occurrence there) , bike test rides with my son, then my wife and brother-in-law and his kids showing up certainly kept us there, but really what a great group of folks. We all hung out. And I have a new friend, Ed. Probably the greatest salesman you will ever meet, because he's just a down to earth great guy. I have bought motorcycles before, and been in many dealerships. And although I did not buy yesterday, the experience there was just very comfortable and friendly, best ever. Seems they want you to always come back, and to feel at home. Their new store just down the road promises to be fantastic. To my disbelief, there was no test riding allowed of the Enfield. When we were told to speak to the owner, instead of handling the matter professionally, he began to speak to us in a condescending and demeaning way. When asked how we would be able to see how they rode, he responded by saying "you don't need to, you can take my word that they run. I've been selling them for 7 years". Bought a Royal Enfield here October of 2015. The shop is nice and clean and the staff is relatively friendly. The service and parts department are not extremely knowledgeable about the row in field. Everytime I go there to buy oil filter kits, the parts department acts like they've never sold a filter kit before. They look in the book for the part number and then they look on the computer for the part number and then it look online for the part number and then when they finally figure out what it is they're looking for, they go and get it and then bring it out and ask you if this is the correct filter kit. I'm a mechanic and have worked on the service side and parts side, if your company makes the commitment to sell a certain product than everybody working there should be knowledgeable about that product. I always get the deer in the headlight look. The last time I took my Royal Enfield Continental GT there to have it safety inspected for my registration I told them that they needed to turn on the headlight switch because the on-off switch is activated. They came back and told me that the headlight didn't work. I asked them if they turned it on and they said yes. The sales manager said to replace the bulb. Several minutes later the service technician comes back and says he can't get the new bulb to work. So I asked him if he checked to see if it was getting power and he looked at me for a few seconds and then said I guess I could. A little bit later he said it's not getting power and I told him to turn on the light switch. After a little bit he comes back and tells me it's not working and they need to figure it out. I went down the street for a quick lunch and when I came back the bike was sitting off to the side and the service guy told me he couldn't get the headlight to work. I walked over and turn the key on and turn the headlight switch on and the light work. The service guy looked at me and said how did you do that? And I said I turned on the headlight switch just like I told you guys 3 times to do and he looked at me and said well how about that. Like I said, if you're going to be committed to sell a product then you should invest in your employees to make sure they understand the product. Like I said, everybody is relatively friendly and the store is clean. It just seems like they decided to sell Royal Enfield but didn't want to invest any money as far as advertising or training their employees on the product. Needless to say, they're located in Katy and I live in Spring. I hate to drive 50 miles one way to get that kind of service. read more

One star was a bit much, this place(not a business) is the worst place to get service on a machine I have ever dealt with. The service department has a total idiot for a so called advisor that obviously has no previous tech experience, they have ruined my rzr 1000 after an engine insurance replacement due to tech not cleaning the intake lines prior to new engine, finally get lawyer involved and they "rebuild" motor after 7 hrs, now I have no clue what I have so I have no choice but to cut my losses and trade it in (elsewhere) strongly advise to do business elsewhere. read more

Disappointed in the service Polaris West had to offer. No one informed us that the UTV we were wanting needed to be built. We showed up with a trailer ready to purchase and load up. We went through the whole process to purchase the one we wanted, after being told they had the exact UTV we requested, only to find out just after signing that it still needed to be built and wouldn't be available until the following business day. We live over an hour away, you told us you had the UTV but failed to mention it wasn't even built. Not only that but no one walked us through the use of the UTV as we were told would happen. After finding out we'd need to come back, a young lady mentioned being able to delivery it & would waive the delivery fee but it would be AFTER business hours the following day. Again, disappointing. The process was messy, dishonest, and not helpful. I truly hope the customer experience gets better for others but we won't be back. read more

I need a Royal Enfield restored. Several thousand dollar build as it was almost totaled. Tried calling the service dept to line up an appointment for drop-off. Kept getting put on hold while no one ever picked up. I was going to, hopefully, depend on these peeps for regular service, tires, ect for my bike. Apparently, they do not want my service. I have also visited this place in person. The service dept was just standing around, and one of the techs looked like he was drooling on himself. They all acted like they couldn't be bothered with me. At that point, I gave up completely. When I walked out, they lost a lot of money. I doubt they care though. Sad. read more

I called and ordered a part (Shift Cable ) on November 14, 2015. Salesperson "Dustin Hurst" took the order and charged my credit card. I received a phone call to inform me that the part was ready to be picked up. November 20, 2015. I was very glad that It came in because it is very important that I had this part by Tuesday. I went in to pick up the part and it was the WRONG PART. I told them that the part looked to short. It took three times for the guy behind the counter to get the name of the bike right. They looked up another part and told me that they could get it overnighted (BUT) it would be $50.00 dollars. This place told me that I would have to pay for it. Why "IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE" not mine. He started " I AM NOT WILLING TO SEND $50.00 DOLLARS ON SHIPPING "...... Wow !!!!!! I hope this will help people understand the way this place works with customers... Their price with all the parts added was lower than the stock price at most Houston area dealers.
