I found the staff at Iron Supply Powersports to be very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. I've…read moredealt primarily with the service department, but the parts folks were pleasant and helpful in my interaction with them, as were sales folks. Dalton, in service, was my primary contact and he was great. Jared and Rene in service are also very helpful and pleasant. I recommend Iron Supply Powersports.

THE MONEY: I brought Iron Supply Powersports a 2007 Suzuki KingQuad 700 that wasn't running but was…read moreotherwise in relatively good condition for its age. The work performed consisted of replacing one spark plug, installing a new battery, and flushing the old fuel. My bill was $885. I understand that diagnostic time and labor cost money, but I found that price extremely difficult to justify based on the work performed. THE EXPERIENCE: I raised my concerns with Dalton Wilson, who told me on 8/27/26 that he would review the bill with his manager and get back to me. I followed up again on 9/2/26 and received no response. After more than a month without an answer, I reached out again on 10/3/26. I finally received a response from Christopher Dunin informing me that they would not make any adjustment to the bill. THE OUTCOME: They got my $885, but they lost a customer. To make matters worse, after I got the ATV home and ran it for about 10 minutes, the Fuel Injection (FI) warning light came on and stayed on. So after spending $885, I still have a mechanical issue that needs to be diagnosed and repaired. What bothered me almost as much as the price was the way my concern was handled. I gave them an opportunity to review the situation and explain or address the charges, and instead I spent more than a month trying to get a response. I won't be returning to Iron Supply Powersports, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. I'll take my ATV somewhere else in the future.
