My names Mr.Abraham, and would like y'all to know that this is the best place to take a motorcycle if you want a honest quote, a reliable ride, and an affordable price. And Customer Service is 10 out of 10. They have worked on my brother in laws and my 04 Harley Sportsters and brought them back as good as new. Done clutch work, Handle bars, cables, brakes, oil change, carburetor and more. I plan to use them until the day I sell my bike which is never . Thanks again KATY CUSTOMS for making me feel safe, and all the honest business. Couldn't ask for better read more

Had a great experience. Had them look at my brake lights as they were not functioning. Thought I had checked the simple item-changing the bulb. Dan and team let me know that it was in fact the bulb and while relieved about the fix, was not happy with myself for overlooking the obvious. Honest team at KCC. I recommended them to my friend already. They have my business for my 2000 Heritage. read more

Great staff, excellent work. Extensive knowledge in motorcycles, service, maintenance, and customization.

Good quality work got my speakers hooked up. Sounds amazing thanks Dan and thumper, honest and trustworthy guys.

Trustworthy and honest. I brought my Harley in for starting issues and Dan gave me a very honest and detailed explanation of what was happening and that essentially without spending more than one would want to spend on my bike, it was something that I could live with. In fact, after dumping thousands into the thing, the issue may very well persist. Dan gave me some pointers on how to work around the starting issue and so far these are solid ways to avoid the problem I was encountering. Katy Custom could have easily taken my bike for a few days and charged my just to look at it and then pitched some expensive repair. They did not do this and instead told me honestly what was happening and without charging me a dime. Katy Custom is where I'll be bringing my Harley from here out! read more

Katy Custom Cycles is awesome!! Dan came to my house after shop hours to replace the battery on my bike!! It was above expectations! I have always had the best service! Being a lady rider I need to be able to count on great technical service as well as fair prices. Dan takes great care of my 2013 Road Glide and I really appreciate him going out of his way for me! Extremely nice group of guys and knowledgeable- now that Mancuso won't work on older bikes and has alienated thousands of customers, these guys should do very well! read more

Dan and his team at Katy Custom Cycles is the best shop around. They are super people who do quality work at a great price. They are fast and honest. I have used their pickup service to come to my home and trailer my motorcycle back to their shop. They go above and beyond for the work they do. Dan has even come out to the parking lot and working on my motorcycle to help me out free of charge. They genuinely care about the motorcycling community and keeping you on the road. Great experience at this business. read more

Place like this are hard to come by these days. Many quality small businesses are closing due to COVID and post-Covid operational challenges. I am glad to see Dan and team are making it. You can trust what these guys do. It's not the cheapest place. But if you cared only about price, you wouldn't drive a HD motorcycle. This is as good as it get for quality service, quality parts, and caring for their customers. No games, just quality work. Thanks to Dan and the team for being a business that can be trusted and relied upon when you need them most. read more

I took my Bike in to get the jiffy stand spring replaced. I walked out a Happy Customer. The Team worked fast and met the reason I came into the shop. I appreciate the extra bit of knowledge they shared as well. I will be back! read more

Great shop, friendly environment and fair prices. Thanks Dan for the apes job on my fatboy!

Took my bike to them a few years ago. The bike has a S&S motor. These guys claim they are experts. Bike was running real rough and appeared to have a intake manifold leak. They insisted that was not the problem and after over $300.00 in service labor which I had to pay to get the bike back the bike ran just as bad if not worse. I took it straight to another shop. When I started it they said "you have a intake manifold leak" they replaced the intake manifold gasket the problem was now gone and on my way I went. Don't waist your time or money at this place. read more

On Friday I found a fuel leak on my Harley around 5:30. I called Dan and Randy and was told to come on in. They worked on it until 7:30pm finally got it fixed then send me on my way. I am very proud to have these men working on my bike. I wont take mine anywhere else ever!!! Thanks Dan and Randy what a way to go above and beyond. Your customer service is the best! read more

This place rocks! Very knowledgeable, fair pricing, checks everything out for me to make sure I have a safe ride.

Great experience. I have an '07 Sportster and needed new brake pads and tires. When I dropped it off, Randy got all of my info and told me they would work up an estimate and call me later that day. I received a phone call about an hour later and was told they would replace my tires and only my rear pads, and that if they found anything else wrong the would call prior to doing anything. The front pads were fine and didn't need changing. I love that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The cost was reasonable and they didn't try to bend me over in labor costs like Mancuso's does every time I bring it to them. Dan and his crew at Katy Custom Cycles are now my go to shop for anything motorcycle related!! read more

All of my work goes to Dan has been very fair and honest dealing with all three of my bikes highly recommend

These guys are awesome. Friendly and great service. I came in with a random fuel tank to a motorized bicycle kit and they treated me great. I was a little intimidated at first because these guys are the real deal. They're the best. read more

I am 38 years old and dreamed of a Harley since I was a kid. I just recently bought my first Harley, a 1989 Electra Glide that had some problems. These guys have been awesome through the whole process. Dan never tried to rip me off.....never tried to sell me something I didn't need....or let me spend more than was necessary before we knew the bike was road worthy. All the guys are awesome, honest, friendly and have the customers best interest in mind. Plus....these guys have gone above and beyond what was required of them......I haven't seen customer service like these guys in years. I thought customer service died......this shop re-invented great service! I will own a Harley just do do service with them........AWESOME EXPERIENCE! PLUS.......my understanding is they all came from Republic Harley, so these guys are solid with over 17 yrs experience and they dont jack the price up like HARLEY SHOPS!!! I hope these guys are around for a long time! Thanks Dan and Randy!!! read more

Had some repairs done to my wide glide last week and the repairs were done correctly and on time. Very fair prices too. Will definitely be giving them business in the future. read more

I have been using this establishment for the past (3) three years and the quality of service and customer satisfaction is second to none in the cycle repair arena and best in regards to dealership services in fact dealers could learn something from these guys--namely the customer comes first ! Being somewhat new to the riding community and what it takes to maintain a scooter correctly- Dan and Randy have kept me on course and have saved me money in the process, always a smile and a hardy hello when customers arrive and after a while you're like family with this operation. I have made several friends since visiting the establishment and they always introduce me to customers and that's always appreciated and makes you really feel like family. I have a 2009 Street Glide and it's has been tricked out by KCC and me and I must admit it's a piece of eye candy for sure-they tell me the only mileage is from my home to the shop to add more stuff on my scooter---but, Dan and Randy have cut me off from eBay and my buying --- the nice thing is I don't really need eBay cuz they have adequate discounts for all you're scooter needs--this place is the only place you need to take you're Harley or knockoffs too Rice Burners aren't appreciated but they don't always turn them away either. "Simple response for all --You seen the rest Now try the Best !" Katy Custom Cycles I have real friends within KCC and like Nam Vets they are a brotherhood you can always count on! it was time to rebuild my 96 road king, 182,000 miles on my precious baby. this was on 3-9-17, i was looked straight in the eye and told "it will take about 2 weeks". i thought, oh sure it will be 4 weeks tops! it is now 4-16-17, easter! i have been by the shop several times, the people have been great, i voluntered to get parts and expresed my interest in their work. this wait has now become excessive. they have used "the heads are not back yet" and "we been very busy". i will get back to this review, but right now i am afraid my opinion of their work may not be very high. read more
