Worst tailor I've ever been to. She charged me $82 for a simple dress hem and I went to pick up my dress which came back extremely wrinkled with a stain and hole in it. The dress was completely new it still had tags on it when I brought it in. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience. read more

Irina's Tailoring is truly exceptional. She is incredibly skilled, detail‑oriented, and clearly takes pride in her work. She helped me with alterations that came out perfectly -- the fit was spot‑on, and the craftsmanship was flawless. Irina is also friendly, honest, and quick, making the whole experience easy and stress‑free. Her prices are fair, especially considering the quality of her work. I'm grateful to have found her and will definitely be returning for any future tailoring needs. read more

I've probably brought 10+ items to Irina over the past couple years and she does phenomenal work every time. This dress was tailored to fit perfectly! She is polite and to the point which I appreciate! Highly recommend! read more

I had a problem with the main zipper on a high-end winter coat. I thought it was broken. The owner showed me it wasn't damaged and the problem was me. If I need a repair, I will definitely return. read more

Great tailoring place in the neighborhood. The location is very convenient and easy to find (right next to planet fitness). I have no skills when it comes to sewing so this place is a lifesaver. They offer a wide variety of services: anything from simple tailoring to more complex jobs. The prices are reasonable, and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for any tailoring needs you may have! read more

Quality work and good communication. Will be coming back. I had a zipper replaced in my jacket and jeans tailored. read more

I wish I could give her zero stars but all of these 1 star reviews couldn't be more accurate SHE'S EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. she snapped at me if I didn't take her suggestions, saying "she was the seamstress" I didn't want straps they didn't look good. She wouldn't make it as tight as i wanted when i said it felt too loose. I didn't even get my shoes on to see how much needed to be hemmed before she blurted out my alterations would be $900. She clearly didn't want to do my alterations so she quoted a ridiculous amount so I would say no and leave. She tried to tell me she would have to open the top and adjust boning and alter the cups but if it was tighter my breast would've fit perfect im a 36DDD and it fit perfectly everywhere else it did not need as much work as she claimed it did. I went to a top rated tailor after she quoted me $345 to tailor it exactly how I wanted it and she doesn't have to take out or adjust any boning. INNA IS A SCAMMER AND SO RUDE. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN SHE TRIES TO CHARGE FOR UNNECESSARY WORK THAT DOESNT NEED TO BE DONE read more

Irina is extremely rude with awful attitude. I've had a couple items tailored and she did a nice job on them. But I took to pair of yoga "slacks" to shorten. She gave me a specific date to pick them up. When I arrived all her changing stalls were full so I took them without trying them on. When I got them home and tried them on I realized NOTHING had been done to them!!!! Don't waste your hard earned money. read more

Irina performers high quality work at a reasonable price. She completes her work in the time she promises.

Irina is wonderful - I would trust her with my most expensive garment! She added sleeves to a formal dress and it was perfect when I picked it up. Work completed in plenty of time and it was great! read more

Irina did a fabulous job with my evening gown alterations. She listened to what I wanted, gave her suggestions as to what would accomplish my goals, and delivered exactly. She was timely and well worth the money. read more

Irina is truly amazing! She is so talented and reliable. She did a fantastic job on my mother of the bride dress!

I've seen a lot of reviews here saying she's not friendly I've gone to her for every single suit I own and while yes she isn't big on small talk and mostly cuts down to business she has never been disrespectful or rude not everyone is chatty and I don't mind it since I'm not either. Her work is amazing always leaves my suits like I want em and anytime I've asked for advice she's given it and led me the right direction! Definitely recommend since her being quiet isn't a big deal to me! Quality of her work is amazing! read more

Did exactly what I needed. Great job. Takes a little long but one of mine was difficult so I understood. Would use her again

Irina is straight down to business and she's not much for small talk. I've seen some reviews that said she's not friendly, which I have not found to be true. I've used her services twice now and she's certainly not chatty, but she has never been unfriendly. She does quality work and my items have been ready timely on both occasions. Will return for my tailoring needs and recommend if you're looking for a reliable tailor in Parker. read more

Needed extensions on curtains due to hanging from ceiling. Completed 4 in 1 week. Nice work. 5 stars. Cost 3 stars. 220 dollars

I had a formal dress altered for my daughter's wedding. By the reception, the seam in the top came apart and I had a 2-inch gap in my dress. The skirt was to be taken in, and it was not. I had to stop dancing and roll the skirt, so I wouldn't lose it. What a waste of $102. Go elsewhere. read more

Irina's Tailoring is TOP NOTCH!!!! She saved my daughter's prom dress!!! We took it to another local tailor in Parker who altered the dress incorrectly and was unwilling to go the "extra" mile in the first place or even try and fix it afterwards. Irina took the time to figure out how to fix the dress appropriately and undo all of the incorrect, quick fixes that the previous seamstress had done and all at a very inexpensive price. Thank you again!!!! I will be bringing ALL of my clothing alterations to Irina from now on. read more

Place is nice, and she is very quick in measuring and accommodating in terms of dates for pick up, I have no complaints on the end result. However, she is rude and very off putting which made me uncomfortable enough not to come back. If she was a bit more pleasant I would have given the place a 5...when I came in to pick up my clothes she came out and said nothing, stared at me until I said, hello! I'm here to pick up an order! She said nothing again until she rolled her eyes gesturing her arms rushing me to give her my information. The day I brought my clothes to be measured, for two of pieces I very nicely asked her for some (I recognised) not so common alterations and she laughed at me and said no, I don't do that. The whole thing was just awkward and I would definitely not go back. I never leave reviews but her attitude was so out of order that I needed to write something, if you don't mind dealing with that then there are no issues with the actual work she performs. read more

I have used Irina's Tailoring for the last 6 month's. Always excellent work and always ready for pickup as promised. Highly recommended!

I had a bridesmaid dress that was significantly too small in the bust area. She did an amazing job making the dress fit in a timely manner. You could not tell she had to make significant alterations. I will be using her again for my suits and jackets. read more

I brought in a pair of leather pants that needed to be repaired after another tailor did a horrible job tapering the legs. She spent the time to fit them properly and I'm happy with the quality of the repair. She's not going to be your best friend maybe, but she does a great job tailoring clothes. After the leather test, I'm confident bringing any clothing in need of alteration/repair. read more

She did a great job and was able to get the hemming done in 2 days on very short notice. Definitely will use her again

I cannot say enough how good Irina is at her craft. I have used her for years and I've never had one bad job!!!! Her work is impeccable and the prices are more than fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TRY HER. Rob Vik read more

From the get go Irina was a total (w)itch. I read several reviews that were positive so I thought let's give her a try. What a HUGE mistake. I had 2 pair of slacks/pants that needed the hem shortened. She gave me a cold stare and pointed to a dressing room. I put them on , she marked with chalk, and I was pointed back to the dressing room. I changed, went back out and was told she already knew the length in an attitude that let me know I was wasting her time. After changing back into my street clothes I walked out to the desk, handed her the pants and she ripped off a receipt for pick up and even tho the cost was way to high I figured I'd see how well she did. I returned on the date she said to, I was handed my pants after paying for the alterations. GET THIS - When I was dressing for work I put on the "altered" pants. They were NOT ALTERED AT ALL!! Neither was the other pair!! DO NOT GO THERE!! read more

I called 3 hours before close and needed dress pants hemmed by close at 5 to be ready for my mom's funeral tomorrow. I got there at 4:17pm and walked out right before 5pm. Great service, great people. Will frequent there with any tailoring needs. read more

I moved to Parker recently, and due to my unconventional size, promptly began looking for a tailor. After being less than impressed by service and quality in a few other locales I came to Irina's to alter a new dress shirt. Now it feels like a custom-made item. More recently I brought in a suit and again I'm amazed! I've never had a suit fit me this well. Irina is pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. A true master of her craft. I will be coming here again. read more

I took in some jeans, shirts, scrubs (for work), and a couple of suits to have Irina do some work with them. I have a weird body type because I'm a giant with really long legs. Big and tall stuff doesn't fit me quite right, but everything I brought in to have altered by Irina fit so perfectly after she put her hands on my clothes that it made me feel like my clothes were brand new and actually made for me. That's hard to do because of my giant frame. Irina, thank you very much for your awesome work and I know we will have a long-standing business relationship. read more

Not very friendly and does not specialize in wedding gowns. As a bride I want to feel like I can trust my very expensive gown with the person who is chopping it up. And not to mention that each bustle was $25. If you're a bride looking for an amazing seamstress who only does wedding gowns, then I recommend Kirsten at Bonnie Bella Boutique (like 5 min away) she's amazing. read more

I am so impressed at the quality of Irina's work, the cleanliness of her store, her class and professional manner! My hearty two thumbs up recommendation! read more

Trust Irina to tailor your everyday or special occasion clothing. I have taken many items, men's and women's, to her over the last 5 years and always a perfect fit! Most recently, Irina bustled my daughter's wedding dress. We were happy to find "The Dress" at Davids Bridal, but their alterations dept did a horrible job on the bustle! Don't know why we did not take the dress directly to Irina right after purchase. The job would have been done correctly the first time! Irina also tailored (took in) my Mother of Bride dress. It flattered my figure perfectly and I received so many compliments! Irina is very professional and I love how nice and clean her fitting area is. read more

The service was fantastic. She was able to repair everything from a backpack to a swimsuit in a timely manner. In one case she waited an extra hour for me to show up. Talk about taking your service to another level. Thank You read more

I have to say that my figure use to be pretty standard but with aging... Well, on that note, I had to start looking for a tailor for some much needed alterations. I've tried couple of different shops before I've found the one I actually liked. I had several items done and they fit just perfect. Irina is very pleasant and professional. Her prices are very similar with the other shops but quality is better by far. I will be back. I am still hoping for those extra pounds to go away... read more

I want to preface this by saying that I've never used a tailor before, so I have nothing to compare Irina's to. But. I had a wonderful experience at this tailor. Irina greeted me quickly, and helped me with three dresses that I needed taken in and two puffy jackets with rips in them. At first I thought she was a little abrasive and unfriendly, but I could soon tell that it's not on purpose, just a part of her personality, and she seems to be very focused on doing a good and fast job. Her prices weren't especially cheap, but I didn't find them to be unfair, and it more than made up for the time - she was so fast! I screwed up what day I needed one piece on, and even though I only called her the day of, she was able to work it in and have it ready when I needed it. All three of the dresses and two jackets I've brought in were done perfectly, and I would not hesitate to use her services again. read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE and I've had many bad experiences with tailors! I knew when I saw in reviews she's a european I'd be in luck. I wasn't wrong! She was quick, explained the costs (mine are always expensive - lots of tweaking) and best of all she noticed things I wouldn't have and made objective recommendations on what I should do to make the items fit perfectly. I will NOT HESITATE to bring my clothes there. She does men's suits and custom made garments also - finding her was such a relief. read more

Great prices and great work. Have had pants hemmed, fitted, and dresses altered. She can do anything!

I highly recommend Irina! She tailored several shirts for me on a very short notice and did an excellent job. Fairly priced and very pleasant experience. I will be back for all of my family's tailoring needs. read more

If you are looking for professional alterations, this is the place! I don't think anyone can beat the work done here.

After looking online for the best place to bring my wedding dress for alterations, I brought it to Irina. She was absolutely fabulous! Irina spent lots of time measuring, pinning and talking to me about making a bustle. I picked it up a week later & everything was perfect! I would definitely trust her with any alterations & will recommend her to everyone! Thanks Irina read more
