The repair is several shades darker than the rest of the shoe. I asked why she didn't call first. She just kept telling me it was okay. It's far from okay. The tip of the big toe is silly looking. She ruined my expensive shoes. I'll never go back. After 20+ years of trusting them with shoes and dry cleaning, I'm done. They did a short cut method that just folded up the pant leg on the…read moreinside above the hem creating a large pleat on the inside of the pant leg, Then this pleat was just stitched down. I never expected this. All this does is weigh down the hem and not let bottom of the pant leg move properly. I haven't washed them yet, but I am sure the pleat will sag after a washing, since it is only tacked on the side seams. I spent $30 each on this shoddy workmanship and will not be doing business with them again.
