Wish I was told about the $10 for the screen repair but overall the service was really good and the price as well! I paid $65 dollars for an original replacement on my iphone6s. There's another option of around $45 dollars but it's not the original iPhone screen. For the service time, the person who helped me said he'll take 20 minutes but I had to be back in an hour or so cause of work but he got it by the time I got back! So all I can say is that I trust him being finished in 20 minutes...he also gave me a free screen protector, how kind! It honestly feels really smooth- just like a completely new screen. This place is amazing. My LG G3 crashed one day with no warning. It wouldn't even turn on. I went on YouTube and Google to try and find a solution to fix it myself. I tried everything but nothing worked. I even bought a new battery hoping that was the problem...it wasn't. I took it to a Sprint store and they couldn't even fix it without doing a factory reset and wiping out all of my data, which is what I didn't want. Phone was having some screen problems after a slight drop onto a hard floor. I took this here because of the great reviews and the person who usually fixes my phone (a friend who works with electronics that I trust greatly) wasn't free, and he told me to come back in an hour which was no problem. When I came back the person who I was talking to argued with me that the motherboard was broken and I'd have to order an entirely new phone. I knew this couldn't be the problem since I had connected the cable to my computer and iTunes had popped up, just my screen wasn't showing anything so I could unlock it. I thought the problem might be that it was out of battery, so he quickly connected a temporary screen, barely plugged the charging cable in and said "see?!" with a little attitude. As we all know, charging a phone with 0% battery isn't going to show anything unless you wait a few minutes so I asked him to give it at least 10 before we gave up. Sure enough, ten minutes later, my phone started up with the temporary screen which meant it had simply been a screen connectivity problem. At first I wasn't going to leave a negative review because at the end of the day it felt like my problem had gotten fixed but about a month later my home button stopped working. I took it to the aforementioned friend with electronics expertise and he uncovered that the person who had worked with my phone here hadn't correctly connected something internally that should've been a pretty basic call. The prices are decent but needless to say I won't be coming back given the awkward little argument and that my phone didn't really get fixed. read more
