A pretty good drive for us since we came from Anaheim but the gentleman fixed my daughters cracked screen for only $30. Very prompt and inexpensive. Just got my iPhone 6s back today from here & I am SO HAPPY! I took it to see what was wrong with it last week because my screen decided to just turn off on me, which was weird because I was still able to receive phone calls (again, I just wasn't able to see anything on my phone) & the home & power button or charging it wasn't working. In less than 10 minutes I was told it might be a motherboard problem because he checked the battery on my phone & he said it was fine, & he also changed the screen to a new one to see if that was the problem but it wasn't. I did take my phone back with me that day with no charge for getting it checked out, because I had an appointment with Apple coming up but Apple was no help AT ALL, & I waited almost two hours for something I was able to get checked out here in 10 minutes. So I came back here & it took 5 business days but he was able to fix it! (He also won't charge you if they're not able to fix the problem.) I was also so happy that I didn't lose any of my stuff on my phone because I hadn't backed anything up. Total came out to $98 which I was fine with! Wish I was told about the $10 for the screen repair but overall the service was really good and the price as well! I paid $65 dollars for an original replacement on my iphone6s. There's another option of around $45 dollars but it's not the original iPhone screen. For the service time, the person who helped me said he'll take 20 minutes but I had to be back in an hour or so cause of work but he got it by the time I got back! So all I can say is that I trust him being finished in 20 minutes...he also gave me a free screen protector, how kind! It honestly feels really smooth- just like a completely new screen. Just got back from Jerry's. I had to go back in because my phone's screen wouldn't turn on consistently. Knowing that this place has a 90 day warranty on their parts, I went in hoping it was just a small screen issue. Jerry worked on it right away and assumed it was a damaged motherboard due to the water damage instead of just a screen issue we originally thought my phone had. Jerry worked hard on trying to find out what was wrong and had me come back an hour later. He had given my phone a water treatment and so far my phone is working normally. He says there may be issues in the future due to the water damage, but I'm so glad it is working for the moment!
