I went here because of the review I had an iphone 6s with broken glass he charge a fair price to fix it and he was honest not like some other places near this area I had an estimate they charge thesame to a little more plus he wanted to change the LCD too even it was working cause he said it takes a lot of time if his not going to change it imagine broken glass only and he wants change the LCD putting an aftermarket LCD will be diffrent for sure I had a bad experienced before and saying the LCD needs to be change without reason gave me the redflag that's why I did not went there and decided to go here...will definitely recommend this place. read more

Very bad service. I told the guy what I knew what was wrong with my phone and there was 90% chance I was right. The guy agrees on the phone telling me his plan and what he'd do. I show up and tell him and he apparently has no memory of our conversation from the hour before?? (This is the correct place btw,I made no mistake)He then looks like he does not want to help me telling me my phone is not broken but my sim is, when I knew it was my phone! Then he puts his sim in, (it works for a second as it would work with my sim for a minute then not work afterwards) and tells me basically that he was right and found my problem and basically that's my cue to leave. I try to explain and he basically is uninterested and believes he's right. Well guess what I left the store and I was right it was my phone that was the problem and I just reported it to my carrier and had to get a new one, when really I didn't want to sync everything again and was willing to pay for it be done! Sucks this place missed out on business. And not only is it unprofessional too it has vape smoke everywhere, but also the way he acted as if our phone conversation never happened plus the other events during my visit was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend for real phone problems, they're just an iPhone screen store. read more

This place is really inexpensive and has fast service!! My iPhone screen was in really bad shape. Not only was the screen cracked, but pieces of the screen were also missing as well as the screen was separating from the bottom part of the phone. They only charged me $55 and it was done in 30minutes. I've been to other places where they have charged me $80 to repair a cracked screen, so I was expecting to pay more than that, but I was thrilled when I didn't have to!! My iPhone needed repairing because the charger would not connect properly thus not allowing my phone to charge if there was any slight movement to my phone. I did some research and checked out multiple places before deciding to come here. Jerry is the guy to go to when you go there. He is honest and professional and does his work fairly quickly. My repair took only 45 minutes which may seem long but other places I checked out were giving me timeframes of three hours or more and were about $20 to $30 more expensive than Jerry was quoting me. After the repair was done, Jerry made sure that my phone was working properly by allowing to test it out before I left and even gave me a 3 month warranty just in case the phone stopped functioning again. If I ever need any other repairs done to my phone I am definitely returning and I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thanks Jerry!
