Their service is fast and friendly. However, the off market screen I replaced for my iPhone 6S is very hard to use. It is not very sensitive when I tried to use the 'hand-writing' mode. It's very frustration to send messages to my friends. This little shop is located inside a vape shop so walking in and turn right you'll see it. At first expression kinda skeptical because the guy area is very messy looks very unorganized. But the my fellow yellowed speak highly of this guy he very polite very soft spoken friend had a iPhone 6s Plus cracked screen to replace it was $130 it takes about 20 min. Very bad service. I told the guy what I knew what was wrong with my phone and there was 90% chance I was right. The guy agrees on the phone telling me his plan and what he'd do. I show up and tell him and he apparently has no memory of our conversation from the hour before?? (This is the correct place btw,I made no mistake)He then looks like he does not want to help me telling me my phone is not broken but my sim is, when I knew it was my phone! Then he puts his sim in, (it works for a second as it would work with my sim for a minute then not work afterwards) and tells me basically that he was right and found my problem and basically that's my cue to leave. I try to explain and he basically is uninterested and believes he's right. Well guess what I left the store and I was right it was my phone that was the problem and I just reported it to my carrier and had to get a new one, when really I didn't want to sync everything again and was willing to pay for it be done! Sucks this place missed out on business. And not only is it unprofessional too it has vape smoke everywhere, but also the way he acted as if our phone conversation never happened plus the other events during my visit was EXTREMELY unprofessional.
