Went in once and got an estimate on a phone. Went back a month later, the guy; Fido I believe his name was just looked at the phone and said they didnt fix these phones. I explained how I had came before and got a quote, and was told it was gonna be a week. I could see the, "oh shit" in his eyes as he fixed his posture and proceeded to tell me, "oh yeah we can order the part but itll be a week." I just smiled and laughed a little and said, "nvm. Obviously you didnt want to work, or the money." And walked out. THE WORST PLACE!!! went in with the back of my iPhone broken and NO other issues just cosmetic and was told it would be a 2 hr repair took 3.5 hrs and now my phone is shutting off and restarting every time I use it. Pros: fixed the phone and it cost less compared to other places. Cons: wait time. told me 45 minutes so I came back and it wasn't done. Was told another 25 so I wandered the mall some more and came back and it still wasn't done so he said 5 more minutes and it was another 15. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! If you need your screen fixed and care about your phone at all do not go here!! Although it is an expensive option, I recommend taking your iPhone to Apple to get your screen repaired. If not, your warranty will be voided and apple or any certified repair center will not touch your phone. My girlfriend and I took her iPhone 6 to get her screen repaired and about two weeks later it started freezing and deleting her pictures and data. We took it to the Genius Bar at Apple to be repaired and they noticed that the screen was not an original Apple screen so they put it back together and told us there was nothing they can do, forcing her to buy a new phone(thank God she was already eligible for an upgrade). When they "repaired" it they didn't put the plate or the screws under the screen back on. Instead, they just placed a piece of tape under the screen where the home button is to hold it in place so that the home button would work. Shoddy work. If you need your iPhone screen repaired just suck it up and pay the $100 to get it fixed at a certified Apple repair center. Better that then having to pay the $250 down payment to get a new phone. read more

Ok so I went to iRepair in the Tyler mall Galleria and I had a iPhone 7 and I took my iPhone 7 to get repaired, my volume up button was stuck so I took it in to get it repaired, the cost was $40 and this was on Saturday, and boy they messed up, they put a piece of note paper and attached it to the middle of the rockers and put my iPhone back together and I was happy it was clicking again, but here's this got 3 stars, the next day it was Sunday my Volume button got stuck again, I was so pissed I literally had to take it back on Monday and I told them you guys did not do a great job I expected a well job on my Volume button I pay for what I get and so they had to reopen my iPhone again and fix it right, and so my Volume button clicks again but now my Notification switch is stiff now it's hard to push down now then it usually was so my rating for this is 3 stars because this guy name (Jared) was able to give me at least $40 for the repair again so I rate this 3 stars sorry about that :( read more

Took my phone here to get the cracked screen fixed. Hours later it started having issues like the screen wasn't installed properly. I took it back when I had the chance since it was under warranty. After two hours they returned my phone to me with the option of sending it to their techs in LA because they had screwed up and broken something inside upon the first installation. I said absolutely not so they gave me my money back and returned my phone to me and it wouldn't turn on. The tech said his coworker should have explained that my phone was no longer operational, but what he said was that if I didn't want to send it to LA he could put it back together the way it was. They left me with a phone that didn't work and I had to walk over to Verizon and spend another hour getting everything taken care of. Unreal. read more

They advertised ipod repair but when I brought in my ipod to get the cracked screen replaced (which seems like a fairly common repair) the guy said "we don't fix those." I then asked why does your sign say you fix iPods and he couldn't give me a straight answer. I'm guessing either he was already swamped with repairs or was too lazy to deal with a smaller device than a phone. I'm guessing the latter read more

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. I brought in 3 devices. 1 IPhone 5, 1 Samsung Galaxy S3, and an Ipad 2 all with broken screens. The Iphone and Ipad I picked up the next morning as they were waiting on the glass to arrive. Both screens are lifting back up and I need to bring them back now. The galaxy when I went to pick up after being told everything was complete was missing the home button. There was a note on the screen that said home button was stolen and to only charge $49 for the install. To top that off the digitizer wasn't installed correctly either causing the screen to not recognize finger motion. It's been a little over a week now and I still haven't received my galaxy back. read more

What a terrible experience. Went in for a diagnosis on a ipad ( paid the diagnosis fee)and was told I would receive a call in the next few hours, phone call never came. Called the next day was promised I would receive a phone call before 3pm., once again call never came. Called at 7pm was told then the power docking port was bad and needed replacement. I asked " Are you sure?" absolutely 100% this is the problem. I ordered the part and gave it to them on Monday morning, was told it would be ready the next day. Next day comes and goes I drive to them again 3rd time, our guy that works on it will not be in until this evening, we will definitely call you in the morning by 11am to tell you to come pickup( 4th promise to call) Once again 11 comes and goes I call that evening and was told ohh sorry we forgot to call its still not ready. I voiced my frustrations with the constant excuses and not holding to your word, once again another apology. Next day no call. Next day at 8:53pm I get a call on my voicemail stating the ipad diagnosis was not accurate and the ipad is still not functional please come by and pick it up but don't worry about not paying for the repair because we misdiagnosed and don't know what actually is the problem. Thanks for the worst service and extra expense of paying for a part that wasn't needed and a diagnosis fee that was not accurate!!!!!! read more

Went in to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced due to a cracked screen. Originally the owner said that it would take 15 mins. Went to grab a snack and went back. The owner told me that they were not able to fix it and needed an additional part. He said it would be ready the next day which I was perfectly fine with. Next day comes around and before picking up my phone I wanted to make sure it was ready so after calling the store several times with my phone with no answer I called from my work phone and to my surprise they answer. Telling me that my phone would not be ready until the next day. The next day I went in to pick up my phone only for the owner to tell me that my phone was shipped off to their lab in LA without my permission. He promised me that it would be in my hands the very next day. Next day comes around and still no phone. After being in LA for 4 days it was finally returned to me with a broken screen still and my phone would not turn on. Turns out that while attempting to fix my screen they broke my entire phone. Keep in mind I broke my screen the 1st week I bought it and didn't attempt to get the screen fixed until 2 years later. Dropped my phone off fully functional and now the thing wouldn't even turn on. The owner did not want to refund me the value of my phone even though he broke it. I stayed in the store and filed a police report. The manager Josh was super understanding and very patient with me and eventually convinced the owner to give me money for the value of my phone. DO NOT GO HERE. The owner made it seem like I owed him something after he broke my phone. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Go downstairs to the kiosk, better pricing and service. Go anywhere but here!! read more
