He told me to leave a $70 dollar deposit and an extra 20 for an overnight service fee to get it done faster , I then agreed because I desperately needed my phone fixed . By this time I have repeatedly mention the model of the phone like five times ! The guy even took a picture with his phone of my damaged phone to confirm the model !! He then repeated to me , "yes it's the google pixel 9pro xl " The next day he calls me to bring phone in because the screen has arrived , nearly 30 min later he called me again to say the screen I ordered was the wrong one !! When he is the one that ordered it so I was a little upset to hear that he had messed up the order but I tried to be level headed and understanding until he tried to blame me for writing the wrong model BUT he is the one who filled out the receipt ‍ he then proceeded to tell me he had to charge me $70 more dollars for the correct screen and I asked him if he was going to add that to the original price of 220 because he messed up the order . You would think a business would take accountability and have a back up plan for something like this because accidents happen . He told me no that it was going to be 270. So I was pretty upset and ask him if I can just have my money back and the phone back . Then he proceeded to say no because he paid for the shipping and I told him "you are a business, can't you return it and get your money back? "and he said yes ! So then I asked for him to give me the phone and my money . He then said that because he took the screen off it's going to be 125 to get my phone back !! So he didn't realize before taking the phone apart , that the screen he ordered was significantly smaller than the phone sounds like some bullshit to me . I ended up taking my phone and leaving !! I went somewhere else to fix my screen and they fixed it literally within five min in front of my face and he said the guy who worked on my phone had no idea what he was doing because he broke the screen even more . Crazy that he tried to charge me for taking the screen off and he didn't even know what he was doing !! Terrible TERRIBLE place . I would recommend the Tyler mall in Riverside much nicer people and professional.

Uthur asked me "are you sure? We can replace it for you". To which cocky me was like "Nah I'll be fine ". Cut to 3 hours later: Oof did I mess up my phone pretty badly while doing so. I managed to not only strip the head of two 3 point screws, but also break the front screen ribbon cable and pierce a hole into the old lithium ion battery (luckily no one got injured ) while trying to get an aluminum cover plate off the battery connection. It was at this point I realized, I do not have the delicate touch required for phone screws . I came back to Uthur about an hour before closing time at 7PM. He graciously fixed up my phone and had it up and running in 15 mins. These guys know what they're doing and are extremely professional, affordable, and have wonderful service. Try them out, you won't regret it.

This battery they bought and gave started suddenly running out in 20 mins despite regular diagnosing and low battery mode, and I found out it ballooned (the first battery never ballooned it was only old). The battery's technical "actual" capacity decreased drastically, which may mean it's a bad battery. So I ordered another battery from the proper website and it works fine with that technical capacity matching the manufacturer label. I would conclude this with either the repair store had this type of battery with them all along but it was too old, someone switched the front sticker label to have "lenovo" yet the battery is a knockoff replica from Amazon (my only clue is that it's label sticker doesn't wrap around the plastic case like my newest one does), or the provider that battery was delivered from is not trustworthy and this store should buy from somewhere else.

The staff promised they could repair it and quoted me around $300, so I trusted them and left my phone. After that, it was one delay after another--they kept saying my new screen was "on the way." When I finally got my phone back, it started flickering and shutting off within just a few days. I brought it back, thinking it was under warranty, only to be told that they wouldn't fix it and that the flicker "wasn't covered." The manager, Brennan, will say whatever you want to hear just to get you to leave your device. It's all talk until you've paid, and then suddenly the story changes. I feel completely taken advantage of. If you value your phone, your time, or your money--go somewhere else or use your insurance instead. This location is unreliable, misleading, and not worth the risk. Easily the worst repair experience I've ever had.

After agreeing to move forward with the repair, the team there immediately started working on my phone and had everything completed in under an hour. To summarize, service was FAST and EASY, customer service was phenomenal, and pricing was great. I was able to play all day no problem, but next morning I wake up and the issue happens again. I contact him and he tells me to bring it back in, so I do so. Later that day he tells me he has no idea what the problem is and he'll update me when he can. 2-3 days go by no update, so I text him and he says once again he doesn't know. I said it's fine can you just refund me and I'll take it somewhere else, he said he would give me a partial refund and give me my system back, IN WORSE CONDITION it was in before. When he first gave it back, it would turn on and play for about 30-45 minutes, now it's back to absolute root 1 of not coming on at all. So i basically paid to waste my time, gas , and money. Definitely wouldn't recommend going somewhere where they don't know how to fix your issues, and ALSO don't accommodate. I feel like a full refund was the LEAST he could do. He claimed he was keeping it for his "time" , but what about mine? What about the 7 days I had to wait for nothing ? What about my gas to drive back and fourth 4 times?
