First off, I have never been through the process of printing an academic poster. I didn't know what I steps I needed to take to even upload one to be printed. Wow. Talk about 5 star customer service. From the moment I called to ask questions about EDDM (Every Door Direct Mailing) print services, Zand was incredibly helpful. This was my first time doing EDDM and he literally held my hand through every step of the process. At one point I had a QR code that was slightly off center from it's white background (most people probably wouldn't have noticed it) and he brought it to my attention. In today's world where it's so hard to talk to a real person when conducting a business transaction, iPrint does a fantastic job with customer service. I loved having ONE real person in charge of printing copies of my book. The same person regularly updated me with the progress of the printing, and included photos. I recently ordered to print some booklets with a harder cover. Throughout the printing process, Zand helped me verify and ensure my prints came out perfect. He was friendly and communicative. The print looks exactly as it was designed online. Everything was a perfect shade match and same resolution as the document. My settings were PDF Print and CMYK.
