I have to say I absolutely loved HEB and thats why the 3 stars. This location on West Alabama is my…read morefavorite store too. The beautiful trees in the parking area makes shopping here feel like such an outing. But my most recent visit let me down supremely, while trying to shop for a surprise. I asked for help from several folks for the flower shop and was told they would find someone about 3 times. The last time a woman came by and seemed as if she worked there, relieved I approached her and she stopped abruptly and asked if I needed help. I told her yes if she could help me with some balloons, I remarked I had been waiting over 20 minutes and she rolled her eyes at me and in a strong tone said" I am trying to help you " I reinforced that I was not trying to be disrespectful. I just needed assistance. Still proceeded to wait, then a gentleman named Chris came to the flower area and assisted me with the balloons finally. By then it was almost 40 minute mark. His interaction with me at first seemed as if he was upset, then he lightened the mood, and actually sang while blowing the balloons up. I love HEB but this interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. If they would have just communicated that no one was going to be able to help I would have left. I had yet to have had a negative experience here till this time around. Idk if I want to visit my favorite HEB anymore. I thought I had left the poor customer service back in another state. But who am I kidding I do enjoy HEB!

Oh, The Galleria! My ex-husband is from Houston and I've…read morebeen to The Galleria many, many times. In fact, I started going long before I knew my husband. My dad also lived in Houston and we'd often do shopping or eating at the mall. My daughter (who is now 30) loved (& still does) skating at the ice rink during the holidays. It's a magically fun experience. The Galleria is always incredibly decorated for the holidays. I still get to Houston 1-2 times a year and always enjoy visiting The Galleria. The Galleria itself has not only the ice rink but office space, two hotels, lots of places to eat, and shopping. The retail offerings range from shops like H&M, Macy's, and Nordstrom to high-end luxury shops like Gucci & Chanel. We were there just a few months ago and it was just as fun and exciting as my first visit! Gang, there are so many stores here. Like crazy amounts (a few hundred). It's very large and easy to navigate and of course gets extremely busy during peak times. A must-visit for locals and tourists alike.

Shopping can be hit or miss, and on this particular day, it was definitely a miss. My friends and I…read moreare dedicated bargain shoppers, and despite our best efforts, the Houston Galleria wasn't giving up any deals. With only about an hour before leaving Houston, our shopping mission was more of a speed run than a leisurely browse. Even without scoring any purchases, the Houston Galleria remains an impressive destination. The moment you step inside, you experience bright lights, multiple levels of stores, and a steady stream of shoppers that create an energetic, bustling atmosphere. Beyond shopping, the mall offers entertainment options such as its iconic indoor ice-skating rink, making it easy to spend an entire day there. One of the Galleria's biggest strengths is its variety. Luxury retailers like Chanel and Louis Vuitton share space with more accessible brands such as Banana Republic and American Eagle, offering something for nearly every budget and style. Whether you're on a focused shopping mission or simply window-shopping, there's plenty to explore...even if, in our case, we left empty-handed. The dining options are equally diverse, ranging from food-court favorites to sit-down restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and Shake Shack to Chic-fil-a. While we didn't find the bargains we were hoping for, our fast-and-furious shopping adventure was filled with laughter and great conversation, and the kind of fun that comes from spending time with good friends. Sometimes spending quality time with friends is the best find of all.

The music was pumping and the instructor had so much energy. The class was challenging while still being very structured. You will get a wonderful workout and feel amazing afterwards. Highly recommend that you don't plan to do much after this class other than go home to shower as you WiLL sweat. The studio is very bright and clean and they have some great LED mood lighting to pump up the workout. There were mirrors all around so you can see your form and lockers to place your loose items in. The team was super friendly and kind and you ever get a nice cold towel after class to cool down. Form gifted me a free class so I will take advantage of that for sure! Thank you for adding something new to my fitness journey!

Definitely one of the more challenging studios, which is what I loved that most! The reformers can look intimidating, but ask for help! Don't be shy! The classes are 45 minutes long and you'll feel accomplished after! The scented cold rags at the end of class are a delight! Parking is available in the garage that connects to the shopping center. Parking is free up to two hours. You can book online through the website or on the app. I definitely recommend trying out the two week unlimited if you're hesitant on making a commitment! AND- At the end of class, you'll receive a "$5" bill that you can choose what organization you'd like the donation to go to! Definitely worth a try if you're loving reformer classes!
