This was my first hot mat Lagree class and it is now fully a part of what I want to be in my workout rotation. I enjoyed this class so much. The music was pumping and the instructor had so much energy. The class was challenging while still being very structured. You will get a wonderful workout and feel amazing afterwards. Highly recommend that you don't plan to do much after this class other than go home to shower as you WiLL sweat. The studio is very bright and clean and they have some great LED mood lighting to pump up the workout. There were mirrors all around so you can see your form and lockers to place your loose items in. The team was super friendly and kind and you ever get a nice cold towel after class to cool down. Form gifted me a free class so I will take advantage of that for sure! Definitely like this studio! Beautiful studio and good teachers! I've had a few teachers and they are all very informative and helpful! Definitely one of the more challenging studios, which is what I loved that most! The reformers can look intimidating, but ask for help! Don't be shy! The classes are 45 minutes long and you'll feel accomplished after! The scented cold rags at the end of class are a delight! Parking is available in the garage that connects to the shopping center. Parking is free up to two hours. You can book online through the website or on the app. I definitely recommend trying out the two week unlimited if you're hesitant on making a commitment! AND- At the end of class, you'll receive a "$5" bill that you can choose what organization you'd like the donation to go to! Definitely worth a try if you're loving reformer classes! read more

FORMAT is 90-degree chaos -- you walk in thinking you're in shape and leave questioning everything . Say a prayer before you work out on this mega pro reformer. I left sweating like I went through a drug and alcohol detox, shaking like a leaf, and it was so glorious. I took a lot of breaks during this class. I felt like it was intense. More intense than a normal lagree reformer class and much much more intense than a normal reformer class. Kelly was such an amazing instructor. You can tell she is well seasoned and so encouraging. The studio itself is located on the second floor. So clean and organized inside. I have never been the type to like working out but I love coming here for my workouts four times a week. The owner and the instructors are all so nice and encouraging. They make you feel at home and so do the clients. We are all one big happy family -- crazy about Lagree. Each class is 45 minutes and you can buy a package or individual class. A portion of your membership goes to fund local charities!! Classes are easy to book on their website or through their app. The Studio FORM is a fabulous place if you want to get in shape using the LAGREE fitness method. So far, I've taken classes from Keri, Shantelle (owner), Melissa, Lexe, Liz, Morgan, Franky, Karen, and Sara. I burn an average of 390-460 calories in each workout. My highest was 531 calories. I go four times a week and I've been going since September of this year. The Lagree method is very challenging because you are using the MEGAFORMER machine and your body to get results. You will sweat from the resistance training and the cardio. And you will be sore all the time but it's worth it! Most moves are done at a slow 4-count, so that you see the change in your muscles. You will get a FULL BODY WORKOUT each time. I've lost so many inches since I started 6 weeks ago!! My clothes are loose and I'm gaining muscle. My face is also thinner. Another great thing is they give back to the community. I've taken classes with Shantelle, Keri, Sara, and Lexe. They demonstrated/explained moves and corrected clients' forms (if needed). I've had back, shoulder, wrist, and knee injuries due to playing sports. Even though it's directed towards women, men are also welcomed with open arms so guys please don't be afraid to give it a try. I would most definitely recommended it to any one no matter your age, gender or fitness level. My wife initially dragged me along kicking and screaming however having attended two classes now absolutely love it. The instructors are fantastic and do a great job of motivating their class and giving direction/instruction no matter what your fitness level, whether a complete novice like me or a fitness fanatic. The music is pumping and really gets you going, even to the point where I found my self bopping out during the workout. I'm not the fittest person (hardly do any working out) in the world so was a bit skeptical of my abilities at first however now that I've been there a couple of times am most definitely feeling and seeing a difference. Unlike high impact work out sessions (where I normally cant walk afterwards) the Form's method of working out is amazing. As the name suggests it's all about the correct form/posture and you really feel your muscles and body stretching, gets your blood flowing and gets a good sweat on. Due to all of the workout being being done on a reform machine (which is probably about 8 feet long) and the studio being nice and compact the classes are limited to a maximum of 10 people per session which is also great as it allows the instructor to be more focused on each of her individual students. Another thing that is wonderful about this studio is that it's a privately owned (locally owned small business) new start up venture and not some large corporation. The couple who own the studio are all about giving back to local charities and $5 from every person per workout session is donated to one of the 5 - 6 charities that they are supporting/donating to that month. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone and everyone as not only are you supporting a local business, you're donating to great causes/charities, getting a great workout and meeting some wonderful people. As such please swing in past and give it a try you most definitely won't be disappointed. read more
