The studios are great with plenty of reformers that get sanitized after each class. I have taken a few of the awesome instructors classes at Boost, but must say My favorite instructor is Macy. She's fun, energetic and an great instructor for all levels! I have never taken her class and not gotten the shakes during the workout. I always feel so great after like I actually accomplished a great workout that I wouldn't have done if I had went to the gym alone. If you're looking for an awesome Pilates studio I'd strongly recommend Boost Pilates! All will walk away feeling accomplished from beginners to upper levels.

Sometimes the instructors can be difficult to understand but that maybe just be a Gen Z thing (just kidding). Overall it's a good workout and you feel good after you leave there. Everyone is very friendly and you get your money's worth.

If I were new, it would probably be more like 2-3 stars. There's been a turnover of instructors, and they are rallying. While the new teachers are nice and putting in the effort, they lack foundational Pilates knowledge. Classes are similar to a spin class because instructors talk and encourage the WHOLE time. It ends up being a bit chaotic because people can't distinguish between the cheerleading, the necessary cues, or spring changes. Most importantly, the detailed form cues and corrections are missing. Classes feel rushed and lack clear direction on technique, which is the opposite of what Pilates should be. Classes can still be hard and appropriately paced. The cues and form are what makes Pilates hard, not rushing through moves. (Its also physically impossible to do a weighted low squat and a shoulder press within 1 second- let alone safely on a reformer. Why are we doing this?) It seems they all went to the same training class and haven't trained with different instructors so it's a problem across the 6-8 teachers I've tried in the last 3 months. If it weren't for Stacey and Caroline, I'd have moved to a closer studio by now. I hope the instructors undergo more training and are introduced to more than one type of teaching so they develop their own style. People are nice, and they are trying, but they aren't there yet.

It was definitely hard and challenging but that's what makes it so great. Loved the reformer class with Kemi. She's great at adjustments and encouraging the class individually and as a whole. Check in was super easy. There's an iPad on the wall and you just check in independently and pick out the reformer you want. Theres a nice big mirror the spans an entire wall. Lots of core strength and a couple of cubbies to place your things. Grip socks are not required but I wore them because safety first. Lots of pulses. Can't wait to go again and feel the burn and muscles spasm.

They offer morning classes throughout the entire week which fit with my schedule. Be sure to reserve a spot as there is limited amount of spots for each class. You can electronically sign in when you come to class. It's first come first serve so pick any reformer you want. The instructors are friendly and helpful if it's your first time. I did feel a bit sore after class but it felt good. Would definitely come back.

What's really nice is the class feels tailored to us. My husband and I have different bodies (height, strength, flexibility, etc), and the teachers really adapt to us! They'll change certain routines to ensure each student is getting the most of the session. It's a great personalized experience, and your body will thank you. Method is changing the game in pilates! The studio is upbeat, friendly, motivating, and a really fun atmosphere! The workout is killer no matter what instructor you have. The playlists and enthusiasm from the instructors keep the energy levels so high! Just wait, they'll even make you want to dance while you're deep in a lunge. You'll be addicted after your first class, for sure! The motto here is "Sweat + Good Vibes" and you'll be leaving the studio just like that - sweaty and your soul filled! As a former college athlete I can say with 100% certainty that this is the best total body work out around!!! The springs help your body feel the workout through every part of your muscles. Making it perfect for prehab and rehab! These workouts really target the hips and core get ready for some shakes and quakes. Anyway, once I parked, I headed inside, there's a cute mural upon entry, and a set of stairs. Upstairs is their gym space. I was greeted by the husband and wife duo of the studio were friendly and kind. This private class was $25 per person. Work out - I liked that it was a mix of the trampoline workout (which was hard, think running at top speed on a trapoline), and the pilates reformer, which is also hard. But she had a great playlist. Claire, the instructor and owner, gave good instruction and help for the beginners but amped it up for those used to pilates. She also informed us that they have lots of different class styles and use other pieces of equipment besides the trampoline. They are on class pass, so I shall return during off peak times. Besides the strange parking setup, the studio was spacious and nicely organized, with new equipment and a good class.

Full review: I really wanted to love this place since it looks so peaceful and nice. However, once I took a class here, I went months without going to any other pilates class anywhere. I am still a beginner and learning the ropes but had already been to several classes at other places. After going to a class here, I felt embarrassed for even trying to get into Pilates. During the class the feeling kept increasing and the instructor wasn't truly reassuring, seemed almost annoyed even. At the end she recommended private classes which kind of topped it all off and made me take a break from boutique gyms in general. Not sure if it was a sales strategy or just how they are, but unfortunately this studio was not an encouraging place for beginners.

It's a Cute & small studio located on the second floor. They do validate parking in garage and valet. If you valet, it's only about 90 minutes, whereas if you park in the garage, it's unlimited time. The parking garage is very spacious and well lit with an elevator. Christina & Nhi are great instructors and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You are not expected to do anything you can't do. The class is to relax and for your body a good stretch. It's very chill and vibey there. I recommend trying the out through classpass or about $38 per class. They also offer memberships.

Her instructions are clear and she has such a welcoming and energetic attitude. The studio is located on the second floor and you can park in the garage. The studio will validate up to 90 min for parking. I highly recommend coming out to this studio and taking one of their many classes they have to offer.

The reformer is such a game changer. Lots of parking, check in was a breeze, bring your grip socks, and it was so clean. The bathrooms were beautiful (2 stalls and 2 shower stalls). I've never used the climbing machine in my life so I don't know what it's called but it was very fun. I will say, if you have seizures, do not attend the climbing class because of the flickering lights. But the music was great, and there were water fountains to refill your water bottle. They have some clothing items, grip socks, and water for sale if you forgot yours. Book some classes!

She really explained each workout thoroughly and helped me with my form/balance on some of the exercises. I really liked that everyone was very inviting and the space is kept clean and organized. This class was for all levels and you can change the weights on the reformer if you would like to have more of a challenge during your workout. Since it was my first time, I kept the recommended weight and I feel like some workouts were more difficult to do than others. I think this class was a good workout to do to stay active! I get the hype of pilates now and might try it again sometime! The only con of this place is unfortunately the parking but that's with most places in Houston. The parking lot is shared with multiple businesses that reserve their spots only for their shop. There is parking that is not reserved for anything but the spots are very tight. There is also parking on the side of Defy but it is a little tricky in finding out how to get to the spot. I was able to find a spot in the parking lot but my friend had to park on the side. When I checked in, the ladies at the front were able to give me directions for my friend so that she can find how to get to the parking so just ask beforehand!
