less than 12 months ago I purchased a 4camera system from these guys. after about 8 months the system stopped recording. System fault was SD Card Error. Tried to format the card on the system but wouldn't do this. On phoning Falcon and speaking to James a tech, he said he would send a replacement but of course this never happened. The owner is very disrespectful towards women, I had to wait in the parking lot for reinforcements. I paid over a thousand dollars for my sound system that stopped working within two weeks. I drove from San Antonio THREE times and each time he told me to come another day, and with my "warranty" he refused to fix it and told me it was a "ME" problem and put his hands in my face PUSHED me out of the store and locked me out. I then watched another lady have the exact same problem with him, except he messed up her car so bad she can barely drive it. My sister Had the exact same problem, the guy who did my car said he would fix it because he knew what was wrong, but his boss was telling him he wasn't allowed to. read more

Just a heads up: this place is definitely no frills, but they get the job done well, and for a great price. A couple of years ago, my car stereo crapped out on me and I had to get it replaced. My friend recommended this place, so I went in one weekend. They weren't able to install that day, but I was scheduled for two days later. No worries, I wasn't in a hurry. Two days later, I went back for my new Alpine system. The store is not fancy at all, so there's no designated waiting area. I sat in a folding chair (one of a few) in the front of the store while I waited, but I came prepared with a book. They had my radio installed in about 30 minutes. Love it! The system is still working wonderfully, I couldn't be more pleased! Fantastic system + great price = one happy girl. read more

Very rude and don't want to take responsibility for messing up. Told us to "read the manual" and said it's not their fault on the install. Went back and turned us away three times. Said they would be back in a minute and never came back. Don't go here. They sell used and refurbished parts as new and taped boxes. You spend lots of money on products and they have a nasty attitude. Not customer focused. Stay away. read more

Ok I have mixed feelings about this place.... they literally have the best prices.... unbeatable.... but don't ever let them work on your car.... I brought in my car, for a radio installed, they didn't do it right, called them, they said come in We will fix it for free since you already paid installation once... they charged me another 65 for two inches of wire.. 3 months later it goes out again!!! brought my bosses perfect condition 87 442 in to get a viper alarm for it... again ... they installed something wrong and his radio never worked again... that car was in perfect condition 11,000 miles on it, how did they mess it up?? Awe full survive! He lied to me about what I needed and then denied that he had the obligation to fix it. Talked in circles claims I was the problem and continued to insult me!! " you need hearing aids" to be exact! He had me wait outside in 90 degree weather and acted as if my service was not a priority. This place was recommended to me by a friend who had his entertainment console installed in this van by this shop. True enough, this shop has decent prices. its almost like a warehouse with the items displayed in there. They have a lot of items for sale at a reasonable price. I had my van TV installed by them, it was unfortunate that the guy who normally does the work was out and was left with a rookie. He did a decent job but took almost 2 hours. For a shop that has no waiting area (aside from 2 fold-able chairs) it is not very customer friendly. No other shops nearby too to hang out. I recommend going here but just drop your vehicle and have them install whatever you want them to but do not wait inside the shop. Brands are also decent and covered by warranty. if you are looking for a cheap but ok entertainment console, drop by there. read more
