I have a brand-new 2026 Toyota Camry XSE, and I wanted to upgrade the factory sound system while keeping the factory radio. After researching my options and comparing prices at several shops, I decided to go with Car Audio Zone, and I'm glad I did! I upgraded my system with four Kicker KS door speakers, two MTX dash speakers, and a Beat-Sonic amplifier. I took my time making this decision because I wanted someone I could trust to work on my new car. What really stood out about Hasan was how easy he was to talk to. He made the experience comfortable, communicated with me, and offered pricing that was hard to beat. The installation price was excellent, and I appreciated being able to discuss the details without feeling pressured. Now for the results: WOW! My Camry sounds like it has a completely new audio system! The whole system sounds like a concert. The sound is noticeably better than the factory system, and I'm extremely happy with the upgrade. The music sounds so good that I find myself wanting to keep listening! So, I came here, the man in the pictures worked on my vehicle. He was nice, but his services wasn't too hot. He kept bragging on how many years this place has been in business. He took my old deck kit and never returned it. Instead he gave me another one from out of the shop for free since he had my original one. The one he gave me didn't fit flush and snug. When I asked for mine back, he said he couldn't find it. He wanted to find me a deck kit made for my vehicle, but everytime I would return he would never have it. I came several times to find him doing nothing on my vehicle. There is nothing professional about taking apart the interior of someone else car. After my last visit he charged me $45. All he did was fix my gauge wire by wrapping black tape around it and screwing the amp to the box. I wasted more gas coming here each time for a deck kit. He claimed he was going to get for me, but never did. I guess he just needed the money. The shop is filled with used radios, deck kits, and wires. There is no air-conditioning only box fans. If you want to wait on your vehicle, there is no sitting area. You'll have sit in your vehicle or stand. Cash only no credit and have exact change. Do not come here, shop elsewhere. He does an A-OK job, not professional.
