I came here to get my tire fixed since it just popped not far from the shop and I'm so glad it was not only the closest shop, but the service was immaculate and efficient! I'm not sure of the men who helped me, but they were very helpful and straight to the point! The car has never felt so smooth before with the new tire! The team work and value of everything was amazing and I'm very thankful! The tire feels really good with the car and the amount paid was really amazing! I was genuinely and pleasantly shocked! Its a little ways out of where I live and further from the usual tire shop, but I've decided that this will be my new spot for tires! read more

I got my LED Underglow installed here, very fast service and the Underglow works great! In addition, I got ceramic tint installed here. It was very good quality and made a huge difference for the looks of my car and now prevents heat entering through my windows! read more

I went here to price rims for my car. I talked to the guy who seems to be the owner. He looked up the rims and gave me a "price" which was $3000. I believe they are crooks because the computer is buried behind the window so no one can see the actual price but them. Do not trust these crooks...shady dealers! And please notice the design of their front desk. They quote a "price" for parts but only they know what the (real price) is. They will never let you see their computer so that you will know what the real price is. They also have a great relationship with their financing companies...who are also part of their scams. read more

I came in to have my factory radio re-installed into a 2012 Dodge Challenger. The sales intake person said it would be plug-and-play but I should've known better. Speakers needed to be rewired and instead of telling me that the installer just kept going from one thing to another and he did eventually rewire the front speakers. After five hours, I came back in and tested the system and the rear speakers werent working. Installer was already on another job and told me that he would take a look at it when he was finished with his new job. This was just shameful. The sales Intake person told me it would be plug-and-play and when it wasn't the installer didn't have the balls just to say hey it's really gonna take a lot more than you think so let me tell you what's going to be required and how much it's going to cost. I took it down the street to another shop and these guys explained the whole thing to me. It took another four hours but they did a fantastic job. Will never return to HT. read more

Horrible service!! that would be a compliment. I received no service. all I wanted was tint done, I was quoted one price on the phone then they raised it 20% when I got there, then acted like he was doing me a favor when he lowered it to the price already given to me on the phone. Now I was the first customer of the day and I was told it would be done in 1 1/2hrs at the most 2 hrs. i was fine with that. so i sat quietly for 2 1/2 hrs and when I asked the guy that sold it to me how we were looking he said they hadn't touched the car yet. at that point i was pissed! one, because they hadn't started and it was well past the promised completion time and two cause the guy didn't even remember selling me the tint and the place was dead!!. I would neve go back to those lying crooks again.They have no sense of customer satisfaction or show any respect for the customers time. very careless attitudes in those people. read more

I've been coming here to college high tech auto sound since I was 5 with my pops, overall an expensive place as if rappers went their. Anyways, long story short, went in there yesterday needing to swap on to my stock wheels I had in another truck to take off the wheels I currently had on to get them powdercoated, fairly easy job. Just lift car, take off lug nuts, put new wheel on. They tried charging me $50 for a 5 min or less job I coulda easily done myself but my 3/4 broke and it was an emergency to do it specifically yesterday and so at this point I'm livid, go down the street to a random tire shop, get it done for free & leave him a tip. & another thing, the boss is the most stuck up person you'll ever meet, he doesn't give any attention to the customers and ignores everybody. Horrible customer service. Never will I come back here again. Take this consideration cause I wouldn't want more ppl losing their time and money on a sucky ass shop such as this one. read more
