As I was walking towards the gated doors he said "please wait"! How in the heck you want me to wait when you treated me horribly. So, when I turned around. He said "yes, what did you want"?! I said, Do you have a wire harness for this radio *displaying the radio in hand*. He smirked, laughed and said no. Bull service, customers are not always first here. The reason we brought our vehicle in for a repair was to have a working DVD player in the back for an upcoming trip. Our DVD player is not repaired. The radio system did not work, so they told me they had to install an aftermarket radio to get it working. A few hours after dropping it off I was called and told that they had to open up the roof because the DVD player was not working after installing the radio. I okayed it and expected they would call me back to let me know when it was working. No one called me until it was finished and time to pick it up. I assumed it was all fixed since they told me to pick it up, but when I was shown the new system the DVD player was not working. Someone should have told me that it was not going to be working when I picked up the vehicle. I likely would have not had the aftermarket radio installed if it wasn't even fixing the problem I wanted fixed. When I picked it up I was surprised at what I got. We knew it would be aftermarket, but no one explained to us that it meant we would have cords coming out of the car now to connect our phone, and to use the phone on bluetooth from a wired speaker before they installed it. The phone even has trouble staying connected when plugged into the cord, so the music and phone calls continuously disconnect. The bluetooth also does not work all the time. To fix the DVD problem I was told we would have to get one from a salvage yard. They do not do the ordering for this part, so I had to do it myself. The guidance that I received was inadequate in obtaining the correct part. The part that the salvage yard sent from the information they told me to tell them was not compatible with the new radio they had installed. I left my car with them all day (for a second time) and was told at the end of their working day that it was not compatible. I was out of time to get the DVD player working before our trip. I left the shop having nothing fixed the second day, having wasted the whole day without a vehicle, and with a part that I had to return back to the salvage yard. (Which was not easy to obtain on time in the first place. I had to make special arrangements to get that part to them to do the repair on time.) I am unhappy with how much money I spent, and that now I am left with more problems than solutions. Promises were made to us which were not kept in fixing the problem in a timely manner. It was not a timely manner, the problem we wanted fixed was not fixed, I had to do too much work to get all the necessary parts to them on time, and we spent way too much money. Their shop was recommended to us, and unfortunately I cannot recommend them.
