Not only did he say he would come look at it, after he determined the problem I tried to pay him and he refused. It was going to involve Centerpoint coming out to run a bypass line. On Saturday morning two guys came out and ran the line. They informed me what had to happen next. I called Frank and asked him to do the work. He immediately filed for a permit, got all the lines tagged for cable, gas, electricity. I as sit here, Derek and Chris are sweating their ass off doing the work. 45 feet of trench, 28'' deep dug out by shovel. I cannot say enough good about these guys or this company.
