It was pretty busy during my visit but not such that you have to pull in directly next to another person. Admittedly this isn't the best part of town but I never felt nervous or unsafe during my charge. It's worth noting that if you are traveling south on 45 and take the Griggs Rd exit, the turnoff is almost immediately after you exit the highway, making it really hard to make if there is fast oncoming traffic on the feeder. If this happens, just follow the short re-route and go around the block. It's not much further.
