Purchased a 24' long gooseneck trailer from them which look good at first for being my first gooseneck trailer. I'm in a year in could hear squeaking gnoises already but can work with that maybe wear and tear. Another issue I have is that I really don't understand why they add metal on side all that high. For me can take small pieces of lumber or rebar because I really can't secure it do to the tall side metal plate there. Also DONT BUY TIRES THERE purchase four 16 ply tires supposedly for the weight and withing a year I've had three of them blown out on me in the middle of freeway. not flat or not worn out it literally dismantle itself for the tires. bad tires overall..... read more

Deceitful company Crooks Racist against black business owners. Stole four brand new brakes off my trailer, told me I needed a new bearing and brake job. Paid them for it. Now all new 6 brakes not working. Ask them to adjust them. Told me no there's nothing else that there willing to do. They had my trailer for over a week just to do a one day bearing job that they forced me into having to do a whole new brake job. All lies to gain more money. Brian said "Yes, I have that, I am looking at it right now." I drove an hour out of my way to get there. Brian came out and looked at my rim and tire and said "Well, I don't have that exact rim. Now that I look at it I don't even carry that rim size or tire." So much for calling, emailing pictures and exact specifications. I was very surprised to learn a Texas business turns out to have exclusionary policies toward serving members of the military. When we moved to Texas we were excited to see the amazing support we receive from people and businesses here. So to learn that we could not rent a trailer without having a Texas driver's license, in spite of being able to provide several documents establishing residency, plus a military ID was as shocking as it was disturbing. We in the military rarely, if ever have a license from our host state as we prefer to maintain our license at our home of record. This type exclusionary practice should be reviewed and changed so that military members can be customers. read more

I bought a 24 Ft gooseneck trailer years ago from them.I brought it in to have new ramp spring replaced they told me about 3 days I called and called the service department left voice mail repeatedly even sent text never had anyone call me back.Finally got through to the new service manager about 2 weeks later I told him I need my trailer Im loosing a lot of money every day that was about 4:45 he said he would chicken it the following morning and call me at 8 he said he didn't want to early at 7 when they opened needless to say he never called I live in Cleveland a little over a hour drive to check on my trailer.They have not even started on it he said I was next in line a week later I called back to check on it he told me at that time the springs on the unit are obsolete and it would cost me over 5,000 to install a new ramp kit unbelievable but true.Swear every word is true think Im kidding try calling the service department.Never ever again will I trade with these people going to get my trailer back tomorrow and take it to a welding shop with some new springs read more

I was given a price for some modifications and tires for my trailer for a fixed price, but when I showed up, the wrong tires were installed. When I asked why the different tires were installed, they stated that the tires I wanted were more expensive than originally quoted. This place isn't professional at all dropped off my trailer to get a brake job done which typically takes a day or 2 had my trailer there for 3 weeks because they couldn't get it to brake right .A few days ago I went by because one of my wheels totally came off on the highway to see if we could do anything about certain issues that the technicians had done wrong they refused to help whatsoever ..They said if I didn't bring the trailer to them there's nothing they can do mind this happened in Hearne tx so they expected me to drive a bad trailer to Houston with 2 wheels off of it how does that sound ... well to top this off the mechanic in Hearn showed me upon taking the brake assembly off a few brakes wires weren't hooked up and they used washers be behind the brakes to space them out upon not using the right equipment in my trailer this place is not what it seems good price for parts but as far as labor I would never ever recommend anybody to this place whatsoever I hope this helps out other people not come here and get service done they don't back up their work what so ever .. read more

I went here to have my trailer lights checked on my truck. They told me since I had a 4 way adapter it wouldn't power brake lights. They wanted to sell me an extra adapter to run the brake lights. After I brought up the fact that a 4 way adapter should power the lights and I don't have power brakes on the trailer he agreed and didn't understand why my adapter isn't working for the brake lights. They charged me 15 bucks to show they don't know what they are doing? My first time here and I'll never go back. One hour and 15 bucks wasted. Horrible experience today took my truck in to get trailer plug wired in the bed 2 to be exact a 6 and a 7 it took the 3 hrs to get my truck in the back and done when I go to get in it to leave I notice there were no plugs in the bed of my truck they replaced the one on my bumper (which I already had as a 7 plug) with a 7 and 4 plug so I go in and tell Alfredo he says o my fault writes on the ticket put plug in bed another 2hrs later I go to inspect the plug and there is only a 7 plug I go back to Alfredo who says they don't do the 6 plug I have to buy an adapter so I ask what the price difference is then since it went from two plugs to one he then tells me it's more expensive but won't charge me the difference I then ask how he says it's be it takes more wire (don't know how bc it's shorter to my bed) and one plug less....I then cut to the chase and ask for bill head of parts and am told he's gone for the day so on the way home I call to leave bill a message when I'm told he is there I talk to him when he informs me they do install the 6 plugs and in my situation he would have just given me an adapter for free since it was there mistake but at this point I had spent the entire day there no way was I returning for this free adapter or any other reason EVER.....NEVER GO THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT read more

The front of house service rep. was more interested in running me off than helping me. DO NOT go to Trailer Wheel and Frame for your truck accessories!! These guys are totally incompetent! I went there, ordered Nerf bars and a hitch step for my new truck...paid for everything upfront..BIG mistake. I looked at other companies and realized how much I got robbed...I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. Come to find out they didn't even order my hitch step! They explained that there was a 20% restocking fee. OK fine... then a manager called and said they'd take the labor charge off. I agreed and when I got there, they said it would take a couple hours before they could get to my truck. I left and came back 2 hours later. After another hour, they still hadn't gotten to my truck. They finally got to it and ANOTHER hour later they came back and said it wasn't the right Nerf bars!!!! OMG...I demanded my money back and when I left the back seat was pulled up like someone was rifling through my truck looking for something to steal! When I went back and asked about it, it was a big surprise...like what? we didn't do anything!! Wait...it's not over yet!!! When I got home, I saw they had left a BRACKET connected to my truck on the passenger side!! What a JOKE!! They have NO customer service..they could care less about the consumer!! read more

I'd give a 0 if it was possible. WORST CUSTOMERR SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! EVER!!! Brought trailer in to get estimate on a Thursday. Told they would get to it on Friday. I called Saturday. They still hadn't looked at it. Told to call back Monday afternoon. I called. No answer. I left message. No return call. I called the next day. Nothing. I kept calling several times a day leaving messages, having "Rick" in the service dept. paged and no return. Finally on Friday, I talk to "Noe" and he tells me that they would look at it. I went in for a possible bent axle/spindle. Was told by Rick it would be about $300. Noe comes back with a $1200 estimate claiming that a whole bunch of stuff was damaged (that wasn't). I tell him I just want the axle and Ubolts replaced. He tells me $391. Okay. I ask how long to fix it and he says Monday evening should be good for pickup. I call Monday. Not done. Tuesday. Not done. Wednesday. Not done. I talk to the manager Jeff (who claimed to have just taken over the service dept.) and he said there was a note saying that I was going to pick it up without repairs on Thursday. He said an axle was ordered but he does not know when it was ordered and that it would take 10 business days. He would call me back. He did not. I called him on Thursday to see what was going on. No answer. Call again and Jeff is "busy" so Noe gets on the phone. He tells me that they will take the brakes off and that should fix the problem. Brakes aren't the problem. The chewed up spindle is. They tell me one of my tires is shredded. I ask for them to put on a new tire at no charge because of the delay. They tell me no. Rick gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me more lies about timelines and how things work. Then he hangs up on me. I call right back (quite pissed) and Jeff gets on the phone telling me that being angry is not going to get things done. But lying to me does I guess. He then quotes me a different price for the repair I wanted. I told him not to do anything and I was coming to pick up my trailer. And when I got there, there were dozens of new axles in varying sizes that would take 10 business days to get. To top it all off, they kept "losing" my trailer. It took them quite a while to find the trailer that was allegedly "in the bay" when I came to pick it up. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with anywhere. Two weeks and nothing but lies. Upon inspection of my trailer. The electrical they said was broken was not. The tire that was shredded was perfect. Cheats. Avoid at all costs. read more

This is the WORST customer service I have ever received!!! I am in the business of service and would NEVER speak to a customer in the manner they spoke to me. I sent 2 small trailer to their shop 3 weeks ago to receive a inspection when they informed me they would need to quote me some repairs needed in order to pass inspection. The technician who dropped the trailers off for us gave them our contact information and told them to inform us when they were able to get pricing. I called them 4 times over a 3 week period and every time I called I was told the trailers were in the shop and being looked at as we spoke. After 2 weeks of "Cristal" not calling me back or answering the phone I decided to have one of our technicians go up to her location and see what was going on, once again she stated she would call me and that the unit was in the shop. Hmmmm....I didn't know 2 trailers could be looked at 6 times. Finally today she decided to answer the phone and give me a price on one of the trailers after putting me on hold for 20 minutes to "go help a customer outside" and gave me pricing on one of the units that was "currently in the shop" HAHA. When I asked her what about the other unit after her figuring out which unit I was talking about she informed they fixed the trailer already for $570!!! I asked her where she received approval to do these repairs and she blamed the technician stating that she had received approval from him "verbally" which is just stupid because I had spoke to technician the day prior and he said he hadn't heard from them. She also stated that she sent the invoice to his email which he did receive an email that day for 20ft gooseneck trailer which was definitely not the small trailer we dropped off. AT this point I decided maybe it was time for me to just go up and talk to someone in charge. Let me tell you that was a complete JOKE!!! When I first arrived and interrupted her conversation where she was talking shit about me to her co-worker she told me that the technician gave her approval and the he needed to "come say it to her face" Are you kidding me?! I am so sorry I interrupted your sloppy sweat pant wearing ass to do your job with your trashy tattoos all over your neck but come on way to fit the stereotype!!! After she argued me to death and was a complete and total brat I asked to speak to her so called "service manager, BILL" He wouldn't even let me explain the situation before he told me they would be pulling all the new parts off our unit and we needed to come pick it up. Like WTF I could have done that 3 weeks ago and what kind of man first off is disrespectful to a customer much less a lady like that.
