I drove a little farther and saw Trout Trailer. it is one of those little places that you drive by a hundred times and don't really notice. But it is exactly what I needed. The tech said he would try to bend the wheel back into shape and see if it would hold the tire but that failed. When I asked if they had a replacement wheel they did. And it was only 40 bucks plus tire installation. exactly matches the other wheels on my camper and I was out the door and rolling in about 20 minutes. They sell trailers, repair trailers, fix wheels and tires on trailers, and can fix trailer brakes electrical parts etc. when it's time for me to get my trailer brakes worked on I am definitely coming back. Was promised no soft spots by Michael(the owner) and a clean title by him and the ad on Facebook. I went and got a cashier for the total from the bank and purchased it the same day. On the bill of sale, I was charged for a cleaning fee and title transfer. When it was delivered 2 weeks later, we found the soft spot under the slide that was not slid out upon showing because they didn't have room to slide it out. The rv was not cleaned. I notified Michael and he said he did it himself with the cleaning crew. There was belongings and paperwork from the previous owners still in it. I contacted Michaels multiple times afterwards for my title because I hadn't received it. In January of 2026, I had to file a claim with my insurance. I tried calling the office and received the run around, and Michael was never there. How is the owner never available. I drove two hours there and sat for hours. Told by another manager that when I start threatening with fraud and lawyers, they stop talking. He avoided my attorney via phone and emails, once told my attorney he was unaware I needed my title. She informed him that she paid it off therefore it is hers. I contacted Michael again, last words from Michael was "please don't get your lawyer involved, let me make this right!) Almost a year later after my purchase, multiple emails and phone calls, I am still without a title and it has never been transferred into my name like they promised. It is still registered to the previous owners. Come to find out through multiple calls, the rv I purchased may have a salvage title that was not disclosed but was guaranteed a "clean title". I find very unprofessional that they were so eager to take my money for an rv that was supposed to be a new start for us and I was taken advantage of. Do not take their word and do not purchase from this company. They are not honest about their loyalty.

After multiple excuses and over a month later they claimed to have completed the engine. We test drove the truck immediately and found MULTIPLE coolant hoses leaking("Conveniently" they ink stamp on the invoice that overheating voids engine warranty)SCAM ARTIST!!! They also didn't complete other promised repairs. We left the truck with him again with a promise of repairing in 2 days and they didn't finish for almost a week. Picked up truck again and they repaired coolant hoses but not the manifold(as promised).. Worn down by all the lies and execuses, we accepted the truck and paid in full. After driving the truck for a few weeks we found an oil leak from one of the engine gaskets! Wow!!! The invoice you sign also states cash only and that the customer is responsible for all legal fees. So they are protected from credit card disputes and discourage lawsuits. Truly manipulative! They wasted so much of our money, energy and most importantly our TIME! This of the worst business dealings I've ever experienced and I hope this review helps you avoid the same!

I had a lot of work done here, including the AC, but still had the same issue afterward. Later I discovered that every AC component had been replaced except the actuators -- which turned out to be the actual problem. They also did my leaf springs and reinstalled the shocks, but failed to bolt the bottom bolts down. A brake chamber was installed incorrectly, with the brake hose rubbing on the frame. This eventually caused the hose to break, leading to a roadside breakdown. The problem I see here is a lack of attention to detail and rushing through jobs without truly diagnosing the issues. I also dealt with a third-party warranty company that required the shop's business license and certified mechanic certificates. The shop promised to provide these but never did. They kept saying their mechanics were certified but refused to prove it to the #Warranty company. I expected more -- especially since they always claimed they would "look after me" as a customer. In the end, when I pressed for the documentation, they simply said, "We don't have to'
